Brad Bingham is the real deal when it comes to following through and going above and beyond for his clients. I was recently hit by someone running a red light. Totaled my car. Brad personally got on the phone with me and helped me through the entire process. He even found me the exact same car I had for replacement. The Customer Service I am receiving from Brad Bingham Allstate Insurance is the way Customer Service should be. The reason I say this is because I recently requested a claim on my roof. It was done by the virtual process of a third party inspecting the roof and submitting pictures per an Allstate app to an inside agent to review the pictures. This agent on the phone I believe is a young female and has never had the experience of actually being on a roof to inspect it. Her decision by only reviewing the pictures ended up with my damage being less than my deductible. Brad Bingham followed and reviewed this process and did not agree with it from what he saw on the photos. He personally called me and said that he believed the damage was evident in the photos and said that another insurance adjuster will come and reinspect my roof. His inspection of the damage to the roof called for a replacement of the entire roof less my deductible. Brad Bingham with his experience knew the inside adjuster had not properly assessed the damage to the roof. That is why he took it upon himself to have another insurance adjuster actually come out and inspect the roof. This is Customer Service at its best.

Brad Bingham is the most attentive and caring insurance agent i have ever met. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure my quote is correct. He has never failed to let me know the changes in my new policy vs the previous year one. I highly recommend everyone to give Brad a chance.

Brad and his team are always looking out for our best interest. It pays to bundle car and homeowners, etc for the best discounts and Brad has always been proactive at looking for deeper policy discounts as you stay with Allstate through the years.
