Dollar General

I love the Dollar General store! They have just about everything! I especially love the sales. On my most recent visit they were having a sale on the yellow dot and green dot ticketed items, they were buy one get one free! Some other items were buy one get one half off. Dollar general is also a great store to get cleaning products. You can save even more if you have the app on your phone. Make sure you use you coupon that's printed on your receipt. It's usually for five dollars off your purchase of twenty five dollars or more on the following Saturday. Along with purchasing items that are already on sale, you can get a great deal and save some cash!

This store (1527 s bowen rd ) is always stocked and beautiful when you walk into the store,it's the best one around all the other dollar general stores around my area are never stoked and very rude i.e the one on green Oaks rd 76006 area hint hint.but not this place I drive all the way hear just to shop in peace and find the things I NEED and they have it, Also the best 2 people who work their are Teresa and Mark they are always here and busy but still have time to be nice with a smile and help when asked every time. This store needs to be a model store for all the other's. This place really out does them self for customers

This dollar general is so cute it's very clean and has everything I need.Also this location has all the best looking house decor all of the other DGs suck at having updated decor styles..this DG is a goldmine

Dollar General is my store.I like this location . The manager who was at the DG on Collins st. and Park Row always made your visit pleasant . He always greeted everyone and had a smile. We heard he got promoted and it was well deserved.I like both store locations.

I wanted to write to compliment Ruth. She is so very efficient. Not only is she as nice as can be, but she can move that line quickly. She is always upbeat and positive abd I make sure I shop at nite to see her. She makes everyone feel welcome. Please recognize all of her amazing abilities. I recently moved from GA to TX and found myself unconsciously consuming my last bag of sin aka Golden Flakes "Sweet Heat" potato chips. I began searching high and low only to be asked "what's Golden Flake". After many miles and dry trips to the other retailers I desperately called the store and received the best news ever! Without reference or mention the lady who answered the phone remembered talking to me and said "told ya we had them"... Because of this you all have a new customer! I appreciate the cozy feeling when you enter the door and I surely don't mind driving the extra miles especially when you're greeted with an ole fashioned "hiya doing". This made my day and move a little bit more tolerable. Thanks yall 😊

They generally have the basics I need and always something I don't but can't pass up. The staff is very helpful, the store is clean, and the prices are great.
