Logan, who worked in the self checkout, is the man! He saw me buying 2 12 packs of soda and let me know about a great buy 2, get 3 free offer on soda I would’ve missed otherwise. That’s what I call great retail!

This is a great store. The employees are very helpful when you are looking for a certain item. One of their employees took time to look at my grocery list and tell me what isle they were on. Customer service...5 plus stars!

Always friendly workers and management. This location is not overcrowded and always easy to be in and out. I like to go later in the evening when no one is there.

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday from Walmart about a week ago. When I went to pick it up this morning I was told that their cake decorator had called in and didn’t make the cake. Bummed I decided to go see what Kroger had available. That’s when I met Lori. She was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a cake and customized it real fast with the things she did have available. She saved the day and I’m so very thankful for her help and kindness. Five star service. I’ve been a customer at this local Kroger for 10 years, I stop by at least 2-3 times a week . This is one of the best grocery stores everyone is professional and always willing to help . Customer service management is great, I had an issue with my mortgage payment and they kept in contact with me the whole way through the refund. Store managers are always helpful in making the check out process as smooth as possible . Big shout out to Kroger on Bowen in Arlington! Thanks for all you do !

The manager, John, is a sweetheart! He treats his employees like family! Thank you for being patient and understanding when my daughter had some medical issues and couldn't work for over a week. Your genuine concern for her was heartfelt! I'm glad she works for you!

I never talk to anyone I just use the self checkout and I never have any problems because I'm an adult who doesn't seek validation from strangers or care whether a random person was mean to me one time

I love everyone at this Kroger. Never have had a problem with anyone up here, they're always very friendly and very helpful. It definitely is what you would call your neighborhood store. When I walk in everybody knows my name and they all say hello to me. Of course that makes anyone feel good! Only thing I wish they would do here at this location is, remodel! This is definitely an outdated location. And the people in this part of Arlington I'm sure would love to have a nice updated Kroger.

Convenience and assortment. It's 5 minutes from home and it is rare when they don't have what I need. An oven light burned out and I thought it would be a long shot but I looked for it and there it was. Right across from the Ivory Liquid. It also has a pharmacy and fuel, which offers a discount on gas depending on how much you spend in the store. Employees are friendly too.

I live right across the street, super helpful and friendly staff. If they don't have what your looking for tell them and they will get it. It's small but you will feel like your family. I love shopping here

Customer service is top notch. People are all friendly and very helpful. If they don't know an answer they will find someone that does. They always have decent prices and good selection.

Pharmacy hasn't screwed up my medicine yet, which is more than I can say for several other places, and with coupons it's often even cheaper than Walmart. Location is small, but densely packed which means not having to trek a mile just to grab groceries and since I hardly ever seem to wait in line very long even on busy days, I can get in and out pretty quick. Other than pinching a few pennies, needing self checkout, or buying in bulk, not much of a reason to go to a larger store. Even has a gas station out front and a redbox by the door.
