Ordered a bday cake and I’m happy with how it came out. I wish I knew who made it, to give them a big hug.

Well I just went there and there was a nice young man that helped me through my whole checkup process with my coupons and everything. I really do like these store they seem to care about their customers

Customer service is usually friendly and kind. Shoutout to Wendy who was my cashier. The store is generally well stocked, clean, and has fair prices.

I went shopping at the last minute right before closing and forgot my change at self checkout. The staff and management did an outstanding job they were helpful friendly and most importantly honest.

Was really a good shopping experience I love shopping here . I had to make a late night run but. But the cashiers were very nice and pleasant as well. I also caught some unexpected deals that were on sale at the stores. I will be going back tomorrow as well to catch the mega again as well. With sakes like this you cannot pass it up.

I love the Kroger on Fielder Road. They always seem to have excellent customer service, the pharmacy is always quick and very helpful, the deli workers always wear gloves and hair nets, and the store is always clean. I have shopped here many years as it is very close to my house and they always have what I need in stock. I have never had a negative experience here at this Kroger. I find the cashiers efficient, quick and friendly. Employees always seem to know exactly where to direct me to when looking for something I can't find. I give this store five stars!

Clerks are great, especially Mark the butcher. Give me lots of ideas on cooking certain types of meat. I just love him. Jimmy and Edna are the greatest pharmacist I have ever had in any store. They take an interest in all their customers and call most by their name.

Helping a friend with a a way to get an rx. Look at all those degrees.

Bad experiece disrespectfull the cashier manager to all kroger customers we will go to a bigger kroger store we will never go back to w. Poneer parkway anymore there are many stores where we can shopa cleaner store like target and costco we can afford to shop there all costumer are not beggar you are a trouble maker you insulted all customers at that time that is considered mental torture to all please pay for the damages. It's a very neat and clean store and I like that everybody's friendly the manager is a African-American male and he is so friendly and so helpful and he really loves his store I always shop there with my family

This has to be one of the best Kroger stores around, it's always fully staffed and everything is clean and organized. I visited other ones and not so satisfied but this one is truly a great one to shop at.

All the attendants are very helpful the store is very clean and the flower shop is just awesome thank you have a blessed day it's one of the best stores around and I don't even live in that area anymore I live in Fort Worth

Every employee seems to take pride on their job, always take good care of their customers, entire store is neatly organized and stocked, best place in town to get fresh produce.

Found a lot of good deals and also was able to get in and out quickly. Shelves were very full unlike some stores.

Friendly employees. Clean store. We were offered free samples at their deli. The wings are delicious.
