Tom Thumb

This Tom Thumb at Park Row & Bowen has awesome, kind and genuinely friendly employees. I encountered a supervisor named Courtney when I was lost and looking for an item and she was beyond happy to drop everything and help me, like I was the most important person in the world. I can’t explain it, it’s just a feeling you get from engaging with very special people sometimes. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so valued at a grocery store in my life. This store is my favorite Tom Thumb now.

Went in at about 4:30 pm on Wednesday (first day of sales ad). So nice to go in and see the store was well stocked with the items on sale this week. Completed my entire shopping list! Also, an easy checkout when they opened another register to accommodate the lines and they had baggers! A very pleasant experience today - thank you Tom Thumb.

Great prices on eggs and ground beef! Very clean and organized. All employees very willing to help.

Nice staff, i love the self checkout but the cashiers are fast and nice. Very big selection of just about everything 👍🏼

Hands down best Tom Thumb location. I’ll go out of my way to shop here. Good deals, quality food and service. They have some of the hardest working managers, David goes above and beyond in providing service and is super knowledgeable and is one of the reasons we keep coming back!

I didn't realize this is Albertson's with the Tom Thumb label. Now I have two apps with the same information as far as items purchased, grocery list, coupons, etc. It has a Starbucks. I wasn't impressed with the taste of the cookie crumble Frappuccino I purchased nor the lack of friendliness from the 'barista' that served it to me . Since they were out of diet coke, I didn't get anything at all on my list and left empty handed.

Excellent Management and Customer Service. Friendly and helpful employees throughout the store. Pharmacy is top notch also. Very clean. You can save quite a bit by using the app when you shop.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It's clean and things are very easy to find!! Plus my son loves going to say hi to everyone because they are all so friendly. Selection is great too!

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this store was. I am more used to shopping at a no frills Walmart Market store.
We went in to find a dessert and we were pleased in there selection.
The area the store is in is just a average neighborhood, not upscale, but this store was nice, well stocked and clean.

Had a great shopping experience here. The employees were friendly and seemed happy, unlike the soulless stares I've witness in Walmarts due to their poor treatment. The grocery selection contains generally higher quality products and a good selection.

This really goes out to both the store and the people of Arlington and Pantego. I've ventured out with my wife yesterday and today (8/6+7/2020) after being inside for too long. I sat in the car (don't want/can't risk getting sick) outside the Tom Thumb on West Park Row and Bowen for probably 20 minutes each time. And I have not seen anyone not wearing a mask or putting one on before going in. Kudos to y'all for helping stop the spread of Covid-19 and flattening the curve.

I love this store! We no longer live near the store but have to come into Arlington once or twice a month and plan to always shop there when we need some things they carry. Friendly staff, items we can find easily on well-stocked shelves and one of the best collections of gift cards anywhere. Top it of with an in-store Starbucks, your shopping experience is even more positive.

This location is by far my favorite Tom Thumb, and not just because it is close to my home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and fresh. Most of the time the produce is in good condition and the displays are always neat. The grocery selection is great because you can find really great prices (especially if you shop store brand), and also some really unique items.
I enjoy their gluten free section, and their organic produce prices are pretty fair.
Perhaps my favorite items to buy are those marked as Local Texas items!!! So glad they clearly mark things like this so that I can be a mindful shopper.

I’ve been very impressed with this Tom Thumb. I’ve had stocking issues with the location I visited near my old home. Not here. Stocked with all the groceries I generally purchase, as well as being a clean tidy store.

I shop at this Tom Thumb at least two times a week, for as long as it's been Tom Thumb. The staff are so helpful and kind. Always, when I was looking for Diet Coke during this pandemic, the manager went to the back and found the last 3 12 packs in the store for me! That was real nice!!

This grocery store has a nice variety of quality merchandise, in a clean, bright atmosphere. As customers enter, they are warmly greeted, and sanitized carts are readily available. Every employee and customer is masked. Tom Thumb employees exhibit professional behavior, and whenever I need help finding something, I am always accompanied to the product, rather than simply being directed. Merchandise is neatly and orderly displayed. Further, there are ample, open, check-out lanes, with pleasant, competent clerks and baggers, who ask whether I was able to find everything I needed. There are also six, self-check-out lanes, always, with an eager, polite employee standing by, for any needed assistance. Lastly, despite the constant flow of heavy traffic, the parking lot and adjoining sidewalks remain in good repair, and litter-free. It's an all-around, pleasant, shopping experience.

Excellent Store. Fast checkout. Almost never a long line. I usually need eggs so I get to go all the way through the store to the back corner. Walk out with $30 worth of what I thought was going to be a shopping trip for eggs. And I buy gas here too. Thanks Tom !!!
