This is a long over due review, Claire has been incredible to work with! Not only is her shop- Honed- stunning, but she has also curated a beautiful assortment of designers and pieces along with her own eye-catching collection.

I worked with Claire on a few custom pieces and I'm nothing short of obsessed. She executed my vision perfectly and turned some heirloom stones into pieces I can wear every day!

Claire is a lovely, talented artist and her jewelry is exquisite! The Honed studio is charmingly rustic and each delicate piece of work is highlighted brilliantly within the space. I really loved interacting with Claire (and her doggo!); she provided very honest and helpful input over multiple visits, as I searched for a perfect wedding band. I'm truly in love with my ring and am forever thankful!

Claire is such a delight to work with! My husband ordered her rasp band as his wedding band for our wedding, but had some custom elements added. Communication was really fast and clear, and she sent videos of the ring as she worked on it along the way. It arrived quickly and is gorgeous! From our communication about this, I would absolutely go to her with any custom project in the future. Beautiful work from a wonderful person!

Claire is a talented Jeweler with excellent style. I am so completely in love with my “future heirloom”. Not to mention, even through a pandemic and natural disaster, was highly responsive and wonderful throughout all of our communications (Claire put together a beautiful custom ring for me that took a few weeks but was so entirely worth the wait). I would highly recommend Honed to anyone looking for something truly special, within any budget. I am beyond happy with my purchase, and my overall experience.

My experience working with Claire to get a custom engagement ring was nothing short of fantastic! She provided me with great information and examples for options, and she made time have a private showing despite the COVID lockdowns and preparing to move to a new location for her shop.

The whole process was a lot more seamless and fun than I ever would have hoped for it to be, and the resulting ring was absolutely beautiful. I hope to be a customer again in the future.

Exquisite designer jewelery at a range of prices for every budget. The owner, Claire, is a talented jeweler from NYC, and has gathered an impressive array of jewelry and crafts for her store. She also does her own custom work right at Honed. She is delightful, and it's worth stopping in to say hello!

Sadly, one of the most unfortunate experiences I’ve ever had with purchasing jewelry. I ordered a ring that needed resizing and was told it would take 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks and multiple efforts to just check in and get a status update, I had to reach out to the shop who actually made the ring before I heard anything back from Claire. Then I was told the ring would get mailed to me on a specific date and the ring wasn’t mailed out until nearly two and a half weeks later, without receiving any communication or updates during that time. Overall it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of details on my purchase. Every time I look at this ring (if I ever get it— I still haven’t, in theory it will arrive soon) I will remember how frustrating this process was. Will not shop here again.
