Loved the falafel! One of the best I have ever had!
We got a Mediterranean mezze platter. (Not much left on the pic lol)
And we also got pizza, interestingly for Mediterranean place they have a full blown pizza menu. And pizza was pretty good. I think we will be back.
Prices are descent too
Place is nice and clean, has an actual restaurant vibe.
Service was good too.

Just dropped in late night weekend for a quick bite. Got the fried chicken tenders. Thought I'd have small fingers or something of that sort. Was surprised at the quantity and quality. The chicken was delicious and the fries were AMAZING. The staff is polite and friendly. Lots of parking spots available outside. Definitely recommended to get fried chicken. I'll be back to try other food off the menu.

I consider this to be the best mid-range price point Mediterranean restaurant in the Austin metro area. The hummus and dolmas are always spot on and the shawarma is fantastic. Crazily enough my favorite item here is their white pizza.

This place has excellent quality food, amazing service and a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening. It's a byob establishment but offers some bottled beverages. I ordered the Hummus and a gyro platter as well as another app and chicken platter. All came with pita bread which was awesome btw and tazaki sauce. Definitely will be back to this gem

Its one of the best mediterannean restaurants in Austin. The interior is aesthetic and contemporary. Menu is quite extensive. We ordered the Mixed Grill, Chicken Khurafa, Cheese Pizza, Cheese Kunafa and Moroccon Tea. Mixed Grill Plate came with Salad and Rice. The chicken skewer was melt in your mouth delicious. Kafta Kabab was also great and the Lamb Chops are a must have. Chicken Khurafa was a beautifully presented dish. It had mild flavours though. Cheese and pepperoni Pizza was a hit with the kids. Kunafa was not veey sweet. I have had better ones though. Moroccon Tea was the perfect end to a fantastic dinner. A must try for any one who likes mediterranean flavours.

I’ve been going to Almarah for a really, really long time. This place is special to my heart and I finally went back for the first time in awhile due to not being in the area any more, and they were better than ever. Food is hot and delicious and comes out quickly. Their pizzas are amazing, their gyro is the best I’ve had and they’re so kind. Please visit here if you have the chance. They also have a hookah lounge!

"Absolutely lovely place with delicious pizza priced at $18 for a large, an amazing deal. Their shawarma beef for $9 is also fantastic; we tried the chicken shawarma and my son loved it. The menu is clearly labeled as Halal. I'll definitely be returning whenever I visit Austin again."

We’ve been here on Saturday Night, it wasn’t it very busy, service was average.
Kunafe and mediterranean pizza was delicious. Veggie platter could be better, as it had only 2 falafel balls ( never seen that before in any mediterranean restaurant) usually have 4-6.
When we ordered food, we got it pretty quick, but they forgot our drinks ( tea and lemonade) and server didnt come to our table, we had to ask another server after 15-20 mins and he put in the order again and we got it.

The lunch plate was so filling and delicious! The pita bread was fresh and warm! The food is made to order so it's always fresh! Our waitress was very attentive and sweet!

I cannot recommend enough, this is by far the best Mediterranean restaurant in Austin, TX! If you haven’t tried it- you’re missing out. We had the hummus, falafels, pizza, fattoush salad (amazing!), lamb chops, chicken and all. The Turkish coffee at the end was a hit as well, the taste was out of this world. Very authentic! I would give more stars if I could. Also, the deserts are delicious, I could not stop eating. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great music, keeps the Mediterranean vibes going. 100% recommend!!!

Never ate fresh and tasty hummus like Almarah’s. Fresh tasty food overall. Thank you for a pleasurable Mediterranean taste. Back for the third time, and more to come. Kiddo food is so tasty too. Big portions. ❤❤❤❤

Loved the food in Almarah. One of the yummy veg pizzas I have tried. We ordered other dishes including vegetarian and everything was tasty. Definitely try if you are in this area.

First time going here, I got the large Berkeley pizza, which has
red sauce, roman tomatoes, green olives, red onions, green peppers, mushrooms, parmesan & mozzarella cheese, topped with basil. It was excellent and juicy and fresh, very satisfying.

The people I was with got a lamb and beef gyro and a falafel wrap and they both enjoyed them, then we got baklava for dessert which was on the small size and kind of dry, but overall I really like this place and the menu has alot of good options and the service was real fast from when we got seated til when we got the food and the check.

Love Almarah for the food. Especially their kebab. But also they have some incredible baked goods up front like baklava and date cookies. Would recommend.

Almarah Grill Mediterranean is excellent! I thought I had already reviewed the restaurant and was just going to add my new pictures but then I see my review is not there. You. Need. To. Visit! All the food is incredible. I love the pita and have found myself ordering a pizza because the dough is the same as the pita. The kebabs are great as are the falafels. Get some tea while you’re there and save room for baklava! Almarah, you know I’ll be back!

Nice Mediterranean restaurant with delicious, tasty food. Service friendly.

It would easily get five stars when ranked against restaurants open at regular hours but to get food this good at midnight is amazing. I love the gyro wrap so I can try a few sides. Our vegan friend has delicious options too.

My First stop in Austin,
Starting from the fresh pita bread with Hummus is great just like the one back home! And the tea with mint can’t be better! And the shakshuka is really good, and the portions of the food is really good! And the staff are really efficient and friendly!
Will come back!

Almarah and it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that transported me to the Mediterranean. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying their hummus and kebabs, they were outstanding! Can't wait to go back again!

The chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned. The hummus and roasted vegetables were delicious.
