We were so happy with Michelle's Patisserie for our wedding cake!!! We are foodies so the cake was really important to us. We tried about 6 different cake shops and Michelle's cake tasted the best BY FAR. Plus, we found it to be a huge bonus that her cake was even priced lower than a lot of the competitors that didn't taste as good. They were very friendly and easy to work with and the cakes looked beautiful! We had so many people come up to us at the wedding and say they ate multiple slices because it was so delicious.

Ordering a custom cake for the first time can be stressful, but Michelle's Patisserie made it a breeze. Michelle was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process and even offering flavor samples (which were delicious) to help me decide. They even called the day before to remind me of pickup - lifesaver, as I'd completely forgotten their closing time.

When I arrived a bit late to pick up the cake, they were understanding and accommodating. There was a minor oversight with the design, but Michelle fixed it on the spot.

The cake itself was stunning and the flavor was a crowd-pleaser. Everyone enjoyed about it. I can't recommend this bakery enough for anyone looking for a beautiful and delicious custom cake. Their friendly service and top-notch quality make them the perfect choice!

I threw my best friend's bridal shower tea party here. Michelle and her team really made the day special. Not only were the teas, sandwiches, pastries and decorations top notch (I ate wayyyy too much!) but the friendly smiles, service and genuinely kind demeanor didn't go unnoticed either! I can't wait to throw another event here, highly recommend!

In addition to being an absolutely incredible person and business owner, Michelle is an excellent baker. The cookies are amazing, and she made the cake from my son's Eagle Scout Court of Honor. I came to her with ideas, she was patient and so helpful in helping me craft a design for the cake. It not only looked beautiful, but it tasted even better. She is a true artist and takes so much pride in her work. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a bakery for your wedding cake, seriously this is the place. The wedding cake was one of the most important parts of the wedding to me, and we tried about 6 different places- Michelle’s patisserie came out far on top. Not only was she super sweet and easy to work with, she has really fun and creative flavors that taste incredible. We got so many compliments on our cake.

One of our guests (who also works at many weddings) said that not only was it the best wedding cake she’s ever had, but it was the best cake she’s ever had PERIOD. We couldn’t agree more!

In my opinion this is the best tea service in Austin. I’m pretty sure we’ve been to all of them at least once.

I’d rate this one far above even the $150 tea services.

Authentically British, fun atmosphere, freshly baked delicious treats, and plenty of food.

Michelle did an amazing job designing a beautiful cake for our wedding! The entire process was easy and fun. Most importantly, the cake was delicious! I can't wait for my anniversary to have more.

Michelle’s Patisserie is my absolute favorite cake shop! The cakes are delicious, the decoration and elegance are beyond expectation, and the service is unmatched! I only use Michelle’s for any special occasion and highly recommend doing the same!

We had a truly incredible experience working with Michelle for our wedding cakes! We already knew that we had to have the tastiest cakes in Austin for our wedding, but Michelle also was so helpful and friendly during the planning process! And our cakes turned out so, so perfectly - not only were they delicious, but one of our friends said she'd never seen a better representation of two people. Thank you so much Michelle!

It was our first time at the Michelle’s Patisserie and we will be back! We made a sample bag of several of their cupcakes . This place is awesome, filled up with grannies tea cups and china, perfect set up for afternoon tea parties. We'll be back to try the cakes.

Michelle made us a 3 tier cake and it was incredible! I’m an avid at home baker myself, so I was rather particular about my wedding cake; Michelle met my criteria! The cake was beautifully decorated and just as delicious as it looked. We had a white cake that was perfectly moist with a not too sweet buttercream icing & strawberries in between. The cake received many compliments from guests, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all!

Visited the Liberty Hill location twice today! Picked up a bourbon pecan cinnamon roll, several croissants and macarons. Everything was absolutely delicious and extremely well priced. This is a gem for LH!

I brought my daughter in during the soft open of the new Liberty Hill Location. She was beyond excited waking up to the big pink store! My eyes were as big as hers when we saw the selection in the cases. Everything was so beautifully presented that it was impossible for us to leave with only what we came for. The staff were all smiles and super helpful. We even had the opportunity to speak to Michelle’s proud father as we ate a couple treats in the tea room. We will be back soon!

Michelle's created a stunning, delicious wedding cake for our day -- it was exactly what we pictured and a huge hit with our guests! They also made a dozen gluten-free cupcakes for our celiac guests, which was an easy add-on.

The tasting process was quick and simple. They made us a cake tasting to go, after which we just called the bakery to let them know what we wanted. They were a bit challenging to get in touch with at times (they must be very popular and very busy), which resulted in some late payments, but they never charged us any late fees, and the spotty communication did not extend to the wedding day. They were on time, communicated well with our planners, and delivered our cake in perfect condition!

We were also happy with the price. Some bakeries quoted us less, others quoted more, but we feel we got our money's worth. We actually almost went with a less expensive option, but the visual quality just wasn't on par. It was absolutely worth the extra dollars for a professional-level product.

For a cake that is as delicious as it is beautiful, Michelle's is a great choice. Just be a little patient with them, and know they will not hold you accountable for any contract or communication delays on their end :)

Highly recommend! Michelle's Patisserie made the cake for our wedding and we were so happy with it! We ended up with the tiramisu flavor after trying 4 flavors, which were all so good. We also purchased a few different treats instead of a groom's cake (cheesecake bites, pecan bars, lemon bars, and donuts) and used their cake & treats stands. Thanks so much! Michelle was very flexible in helping us book a tasting for our wedding this past October and we were very excited about our wedding cakes! The Honey Whiskey cake is to die for and the Strawberries and Cream has been a favorite of mine for years. She understood what we wanted for our designs and the cake stands we rented were amazing and well-priced. Love their cakes!

I have been coming to Michelle's Patisserie for years and my now husband and I asked her to do our wedding cakes. They did such a wonderful job, and were so responsive to all of my phone calls and emails throughout the process. We had the Coconut Cream and the Bourbon Caramel Pecan for our two wedding cake flavors - and they were both a hit! Michelle also did the cookies for our engagement party - they turned out so cute! I would absolutely recommend Michelle!

My experience is with the New Liberty Hill location. The location itself is so cute. I really appreciate that Michelle's Patisserie took an old LH home and remodeled and turned it into something beautiful for her new bakery. When they had their soft opening, I went in and bought some macrons and cake balls.... both amazing. 2 of my daughters had an upcoming birthday so I ordered a cake online and intended to pick it up on Thursday, February 8, the day that we were planning to celebrate my youngest daughter's 8th birthday. Unfortunately that week, the flu hit our home. I came down with it first, then my youngest, followed by the rest of my 4 children. On the 7th (her birthday) she was still running a fever, and we had to cancel our Thursday celebration of bowling and dinner with her grandparents. On my way to work, I stopped by the bakery hoping they could possibly have the cake ready a day early so that I could bring it home after work and surprise her with it. Having the flu on your birthday is a huge bummer, so I hoped this would make her feel better. The gal at the front checked with Michelle, who said she could indeed have it ready after 3pm. Let me tell you, it was the absolute highlight of my daughter's day! She was overjoyed to see me walk in with the cake, and even though she was still running a fever, I got a beautiful photo of my 8 year old, on her birthday, WITH her cake. I appreciate Michelle going the extra mile for our family. Not only did she finish the cake early, it was delicious. We bought the white chocolate raspberry cake and were delighted to see fresh raspberries in between the layers. It was amazing! It meant so much to me that she finished the cake early so my daughter could have a special surprise. They've made continued customers out of us!

Amazing! I just celebrated my birthday at Michelle's and it was over the top! Lovely atmosphere, great selection of tea and the high tea brunch- mwah! Each plate had more and more yummies. We had a splendid time and will be back with a bunch of people who missed this time around! 💜💜💜

Michelle gave us an absolutely gorgeous and incredible wedding cake!! We didn’t know what flavor we wanted for our cake, and Michelle was able to provide several options that we loved! We even had a hard time getting over there after our work to try them, and she went out of her way to have her samples ready for us. We went with bourbon carmel pecan and strawberries and cream, and the cake was a huge hit! Her flavor profile in her cake was incredible, and we still have friends who are mad they didn’t get a piece because everyone keeps talking about it! We absolutely recommend Michelle, and know she would do a great job making an event special, because that’s what she did for our wedding!
