This place has been a blessing!!! This daycare is by far the best place my kids have ever been in. The teachers communicate with me and are patient with my children. My kids have progressed sooooo much in just 2 months of being here. I love how they also do family events as well. The daycare is super clean everyday even with kids playing they keep it tidy. My daughter is finally coming out of her shell and learning new things! My son would cry for weeks at other daycares and after just a week at this daycare he stopped crying at drop off. Now he runs in very excited to start the day with his teachers and friends. I cannot express how amazing this place is!!!!! I'm so very blessed to have this place to help my children grow and learn! My kids telle everyday they are excited for the next day of school I am just mind blown at how comfortable my kids are and how quick they are learning in this amazing environment

I was beyond stressed and emotional about putting my little one in daycare - especially with her being my first child. The ladies at The Children’s Courtyard in Cedar Park have been absolutely wonderful in understanding my momma’s heart and making the transition a positive experience for our family. There are cameras in every room that I can check any time of day, the teachers send detailed notes and precious pictures of my little one via the SproutAbout app, and most importantly, I can see that they truly care about my baby and she is always happy to see them. Michelle in the infant room is an absolute angel and baby whisperer and the Director, Callie, has been instrumental in helping me to feel calm and secure about leaving my baby in their care. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire wonderful staff and I would highly recommend this location!

We were previously at Stepping Stone. The girls liked their teachers there, but we were not impressed with the management or the facilities. We then found Children's Courtyard. It was more expensive, but we felt that the facility was so much nicer and safer, so it would be worth it. We were right! We have been so happy with this school for the past year. They are SO much more involved in teaching the girls than we could have ever expected. This is truly a school not just a daycare. Our 4 year old is learning to read, write, and do math. She comes home and surprises us often with what she has learned. She is also learning Spanish! Our 2 year old knows here ABCs, can count past 10, and knows all her colors, as well as much more. The facility is always clean. The playground makes me jealous every time I look at it. They have a varied and nutritious food selection as well. We also have some different religious views that hey have been very accommodating about as well. I have nothing but praise for Kimberly and her staff!

I started my 5 month old here 3 months ago, so far it has been great! my child is developing great, the teachers are awesome, the director is always on top of things and I am very happy having my child enrolled at this daycare.

My son loves it here! He loves ms. Maryanne so much! She is fantastic! He also loves Judy and Joyce and says goodbye to them everyday!

We are very pleased with how my 3 yr old is being taken care of here. I am happy we found such a caring, clean, on top of things, kind place for my son. Thank you. I would recommend them to other parents looking for childcare.

Our oldest son has been going here since he was 12 weeks old and our new baby just started about a month ago. Our oldest son has flourished there and we have had some great teachers along the way. He is currently with Ms Anna in the EP2 class and every time I check the camera they are sitting in the reading circle and she is reading them books or they are learning something new. As a parent I love that she keeps them structured and they are learning rather than just running around. My infant is with Ms Tracy and he is so loved there. Tracy and Amy are really good about keeping my son on his schedule and he had adjusted very well. We've been very happy here!

My daughter went for one year, I pulled her out last week because my Mom witnessed her teacher throw a pacifier at her while she was crying. The teacher LaShawnda adamently denied this although another teacher witnessed the incident. The director Stacy did nothing about it and neither has her boss. My daughter is only 20 months old and apparently this is appropriate behavior for the teachers as nothing was don't to this teacher. I immediately pulled her out and we have not returned. Our children are precious beings and they are just not treated as such at this daycare. Seek alternative care for your babies. Oh and I forgot to mention my daughter was made to STAY on her mat from 1145am to 315pm bc her classroom was out of ratio. The assistant teacher told me this herself! Again go elsewhere!!

I gladly reported all of them to CCL. Leslie, Ashely, Stacy and LaShawnda all lied to cover their backsides. Trust none of them. This is a pretty low class place and after I CCL investigated them. LaShawnda keyed the teacher's car who reported it to me. Yeah LOW CLASS MOVE! Go elsewhere this place is full of ridulous drama

My child went here briefly but chose to go to a different school once we realized how horrible the director Stacey is and felt she just blows smoke. Not to mention they treat their employees with no dignity or respect. My friend still works there and I hope soon enough she will make a decison to leave.

This review should serve for knowlege of parents and employees considering employment. As a parent, I was consistently lied to and my word was not taken at face value. Stacey does her best to cover up incidents and so does her boss I belive her name is Affshaun. Don't trust what they have to say when it comes to your children.

As far as employees go, my friend is employed there and lately there has been a descripency in their time cards. Stacey the director changed their times repeatedly. Recently they were told that since she is the director she can basically do what she wants and they won't be getting paid for any time changed. My friend requested to speak with HR and when my friend called Stacey to get the number she hung up on her. I was a witness to this. What a lack of professionalism on her part.

Children's Courtyard (125 S. Lakeline) recently purchased Hatch House. With that transition, I have reached out many times, via phone and email, to discuss auto-pay. Unfortunately, they no longer offer biweekly drafts. Since January 26th I've been asking for a phone call, email, or text to discuss. It's Feb 15th and still without a response. Absolutely inexcusable customer service. I've been at this location since January 2018 - 6 years! Common courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, the new owners are not providing basic customer service. This is not the fault of the staff at the location. They are WONDERFUL. And they have also reached out asking for someone to contact me - STILL NOTHING. This is solely on all Courtyard personnel not located at the daycare.

Very bad and rude people. I parked my car right at the first spot and call from my car so I don’t have to go to the door and touch the door bell, or lean against the door to get their attention which the front desk person never pay attention. Well so while I am calling they are not answering and I could see them getting up and leaving the front desk and chatting and not paying attention. Other two parents came and both Joyce and holly saw me standing there by my car but ignored me and finally when third parent came I yelled out holly’s name so she turned back and said put on your mask even when you call to pick them up and refused to let my kids come out. I don’t have to if I am not coming to the door or closer to any other parent. When I told her so you are keeping my kids against my will then she let them out. I cant imagine they can keep my kids hostage
Insane I can understand if they were a little nice and fake as they were in the first week I would have not a big deal but they think they can keeps kids and can give us our own kids on their conditions.
Very bad my daughter also mentioned how they treat them inside it’s so bad.
If they treat adults with no respect how can one trust them with kids.
Be very careful before letting your kids to these people.

I used to like this place.

On my child's last day I saw a teacher (Jenica) put her foot across my baby's chest to hold him down for a nap. As soon as I saw this on camera, I left work and confronted the teacher. She said "well he was tired and i was just trying to get in a good nap". I told her even if the babies are tired, you don't pin them down with your foot across their chest.

I immediately went to the Director (Joyce) and I told her what had happened. She agreed with me and said it was unacceptable. I then follow up with an email and picture to show her what exactly I saw. She responded with "I spoke with Jen on Friday, and she took responsibility for what she did. I will be discussing with all the teachers in the infant room on ways to transition a child to nap and to soothe them in a positive way".

Which means, she did nothing. I would not recommend this place.

Just the absolute worst. Joyce and Holly were so rude with a “so what” stuck up attitude.. pretty much charged me for fees AFTER my child stopped attending. After questioning the fee and even having PROOF that my child wasn’t there after that time Joyce’s response was “so then don’t pay it”... unprofessional, rude and had to contacted corporate. Just the worst especially for a director of a daycare to behave in such manner.

They are not a good place to leave your kids. You could see three post with same last name so that means something really bad happened in there. Nice for just the begging and then they show real faces. Horrible experiences. Never recommending to anyone .

I am the child that was held and was not being released.
So it’s not something that I heard it happened to me.

The director Joyce is extremely rude and is rarely ever there for the roll that she should be playing for the daycare. I have had many encounters with her, very rude and has treated her staff terrible. I have put reports and nothing has been done.
