Donna Reynolds has helped me transition with banking for the last two years since a close member of my family's death. She and her staff have always been super helpful, compassionate, and always have gone beyond the call of duty. The small town customer service shines through at this bank in Coupland, Texas.

Because of logistics, Susan Tressler and Jonathon Kamenicky at the Pflugerville branch have also gone beyond the call of duty as well. Pflugerville bank rocks, too. My business continues with Citizen's because of the people and products I've mentioned above. Respect, kindness, and charm continue to be in order at both of these banks.
