If any business ever deserved a 5 star review from me, it’s this one. We were visiting from out of state, and staying at a nearby hotel. I googled nearby flower shops and this one came up, so I rushed over right away. I needed two bouquets of flowers for a housewarming gift. A lady greeted me. I explained that I didn’t have any preferences on what flowers I wanted but that I needed two different bouquets. She told me to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back I was so pleasantly surprised by the beauty and quality of the bouquets. They even came with a glass vase. She and a gentleman nicely secured both bouquets in a paper box, and also included small cards. The gentleman helped me carry the flowers to my car, and secured them with a seat belt. It was such a pleasant experience, that even a few weeks later, I returned to google to find this shop so I can leave a review.

We love the hand tied bouquet they made for my son's date. The process of ordering the bouquet (over the phone) was easy and pleasant. The florist explained our options and her recommendations based on the occasion. The price was fair and the bouquet was beautiful!

I called several florist as a last minute same day delivery, all were rude or hung up on me. I knew it was a long shot and I only asked if a delivery was possible for sameday any floral arrangements - all said no ( this was early am). Lakeline was polite and took the time to check and ask their delivery person. It was a YES. and the flower 🎍arrangement with balloons 🎈 was beautiful and the smile on my Sisters face said it all... these made her day.

We used a few florists for my Dads funeral. This shop was the most talented, creative, best quality and best price. I got double the flowers for half the price of one of the other shops who did pretty poor work (they were pretty outrageous).

A picture doesn’t do the arrangements justice you can’t see that it’s actually 3D and huge. I asked for a large lightning bolt and they went above expectations making it 3D - not to mention the impeccable customer service and all the other outstanding arrangements.

If you’re planning an event choose Lakeline Florist. They have no competition they are the best by far.

My family ordered a large amount of funeral arrangements from Flowers Flowers and all arrangements turned out lovely. The staff were very accommodating and helped us with several different concerns to make the arrangements. Highly recommended! I am not sure of the owners name, but he was very accommodating and friendly.

Above and beyond!! I was a walk-in, originally I just needed some orange and yellow flowers for my girlfriend to add to a vase I already had, selected the flowers, paid, then they proceeded to add some fluff, wrap in my girlfriends favorite colors. And tied it up really nicely. I wish the store was more organized, but the service was amazing!

Lakeline florist made 90% of the flowers at my grandfathers funeral and they did an amazing job. They were fast the arrangements were beautiful and for a good price

I called Lakeline Florist & Gifts today, desperate to have arrangement delivered locally on behalf of a client same-day. The gentleman on the phone was hesitant about his ability to accomplish this, but eventually agreed to make the delivery happen for me. They truly knocked it out of the park! I saw a photo of the arrangement they delivered and it is absolutely beautiful. I am extremely pleased because my client is happy and the person who received the flowers is also happy. The Birthday flower arrangement Lakeline Florist delivered is the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received. Every flower has bloomed and they have lasted for days. I was not home and the delivery man called me and waited until I arrived (I was very close). I highly recommend this business.

The birthday arrangement with flowers and a balloon looked great with the handwritten note and chocolate. I thought the website looked sketchy, but everything turned out well, and the price was reasonable, so overall good stuff.

My mother-in-law from a different state used this place to get me flowers. They were delivered to my door they are soooo gorgeous!! I will post pics. Arrangement of orange flowers for my October birthday. The delivery man didn't have my apt code he texted me when I was at work I saw my phone light up but didn't look at the message I was so busy but he still went above and beyond to have these delivered still!

Flowers were arranged beautifully and quickly. I was a walk in for last minute flowers and in 15 to 20 minutes had a custom arrangement that turned out perfect.

Jae at Lakeline Florist could not be more accommodating and caring to our special request across the states. She listened, made suggestions and shared her knowledge to help us together, create a beautiful personal and unique arrangement. This was done with short notice from Illinois. I've bought flowers (walk-in, not pre-arranged) from this florist on many occasions over the last 10 years and have been very happy with the quality. The flowers usually last a week, and the roses sometimes last a little longer.
