JJCO is a great specialty firm in the not for profit arena. After working with a larger accounting firm in my previous position, I was skeptical if JJCO could provide the same level of service as a larger firm but I have been pleasantly surprised with the high level of service we have received for audit and tax services.

I began an engagement with this accounting firm over 5 weeks ago regarding some small business tax consulting. I sent over the material, and didn’t hear back from Jacobson Jarvis for weeks despite several promises that the information had been received and was being reviewed. I'm very frustrated at the unprofessional communication and would advise avoiding this organization.
