So now Cameron is being a Karen and getting his friends to lie too because he is a child that cant accept that fact that he is too dumb to listen to basic instructions. He heard what he wanted to hear because he is a spoiled child and typical karen. if he comes back in the store we will have him arrested for trespassing.

Friendly staff that are funny, helpful and knowledgeable. You would be much happier if you come to Ace, but not Home Depot for small home projects.

This Ace Hardware is an excellent example of what amazing Ace Hardware stores can be. Today, I came in with bolts from my bicycles bottle cage and a rubber gasket from my shower hose as examples of what I needed and the very friendly associate who helped me out, with scarcely a glance at my pieces, took me directly to the supplies I needed and made sure they matched perfectly. I wish I had taken note of their name so I could address the kudos more specifically.

Incredibly friendly service. They went the extra mile to help me find items I used to get in suburbia but loh and behold they were here in downtown Seattle at the same price too! My
do -it -yourself hero’s.

Ramon is the Store Director / Owner and he is a wonderful human. I went in to get supplies to cover the window after my car was broken in to and he was compassionate and helpful. He had everything I needed in stock. Great selection for such a small store. I’m a customer for life and you should be too!

friendly people good customer service, they had what I was looking for, they was willing to help. I asked what I was looking for. They showed me, this is a example, of what customer service should be like. We all have bad days, put to the side, focuse on your customers, one thing, you won't be thinking about problem, two. You made a customer happy..

I just recently bought weed trimmer. It's easy to set it up and it is easy to use. And it is working well so far and still observing the product.. The price is decent too.

Got two tools I needed here for fixing my bike and staying mobile on my lil whomper mini e-bike. It requires plenty of adjustments throughout its journeying. Oh yeah and the friendly customer service helped me get in and out on my way asap which was a huge plus.

Needed a box knife, found this place online, as I found the item, I caught the attention of an assistant who pointed out that for an extra dollar, I can have a twin pack containing my choice and and slightly different one. My regret is I've not noted that person's name so management or owner can be aware that they have a very good worker amongst them.

Excellent hardware store downtown. I don't have to travel to Home Depot.

I walked in looking for some paint and a tension rod.
Both I found, and I also found an odd gem of a store staffed by an endearing group of early 2000's era goths.
I couldn't place the sweet tunes they were playing, but there was definitely a Depeche Mode meets emo feel.

Are there stores with a broader selection of merchandise? Hell yes.
Would I rather shop at this strange and endearing spot? Hell hell yes.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly available! I find it worth a lot to be able to actually ask questions and get answers right away and without having to chase someone down only to find out they don't know! The store carries things other places seem to run out of; like that Artic Air conditioner when it was really hot in 2021, I went to every place you could think of trying to find one and they were all gone. Then one day, went into Ace Hardware for some bits I wanted and right in front of me was a stack of the Artic Air conditioners! Not bad prices too!
As a matter of fact, the worst thing i can tell you about Ace Hardware, they took the free popcorn away!

Great service and good selection for being downtown Seattle. Found such an awesome plant by accident. This is my go-to hardware store.

We're from Michigan and our wheelchair lost a bolt. Stopped in, they had the part and the girl at the counter let us borrow the tools we needed to fix the chair right there. Great service and very kind people.

I gotta give this place 5 stars for being the ONLY hardware store down town. I manage a theater, and am always fixing and building things. They are small but always have what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful too. It's hard to be a store down town right now, so please don't move!

great store! after trying a couple of key copy machines at the grocery store (did not work at ALL) I finally broke down and tried this neighborhood ace hardware as I've always had great service at other locations. Cut my key in 5 minutes and it works perfectly with no issues. Thank you!

These guys are so nice. They’ve given me advice and helped me (beginning DIYer) plumb my vanities/toilets/sinks, cut through all kinds of challenging objects, set up my appliances, mount tons of heavy stuff, taught me about tools, found the most specific tiny screws/washers/nuts/anchors, troubleshoot electrical problems, and always with a smile. Special thanks to Michael and Markus. Wish the return policy was more than 30 days. That’s the only downside.

The folks who work here on the weekends are excellent. They’re helpful and friendly; someone always asks me if I need help as soon as I walk in the door. As someone who is not handy, I appreciate their willingness to answer all my newbie questions, and do so in a manner that is not condescending. Happy this store and staff are here in the city.

The prices are actually pretty okay for downtown Seattle. I got some toggle anchors for mounting peg boards in my condo, and the guy who helped me was super friendly and knew exactly the right supplies for the job. I took the time to measure the thickness of my drywall and the project turned out great.

There is always something special about an Ace hardware in town centers. This one takes it to another level. They have a great supply of equipment and had everything I needed for installing screens in apartment windows not designed for screens. They helped out by pointing out another solution that was much easier than the path I was going down. It was a far less expensive solution too. Not only did they help, they offered to help out with a window solution for a window exhaust for the summer months. AC units are not a common site in Seattle, but sometimes they are desired. They offered up some tools I could even borrow if I needed. They understood that I was visiting and traveling without tools. I also enjoyed the all-inclusive vibe they give out. Not like some of the other ones I have visited in small-town USA. Bottom line, there is only one hardware store in downtown Seattle. I am glad it is this one with the helpful staff they have. The only negative; they are missing the popcorn machine. I suppose it may be due to all of the homeless folks that might try to "steal" it.
