They got me in fast and after evaluation I was scheduled in 1 hrs to have my teeth pulled. Very friendly and caring people. The dentist was awesome. Talked and explain everything and then pulled my teeth. Very happy and pleased. Would definitely recommend.

These guys have one of the best teams around. Excellent customer service. It took me almost 18 months to get implants that would hold and they continued to honor their work AND the original price quoted even when they had earned it twice over. I’m only 48 years old and getting full dentures was a BIG decision. They wouldn’t quit until I was happy with my smile. Thank you Kelly and Tad for all the hard work.

Went there to establish care and discuss options for my dental concerns. The entire staff that I encountered were pleasant professional and knowledgeable. I decided to go with the treatment plan they recommended. I found the pricing was reasonable and the timeframe was realistic. Looking forward to getting my smile back. I was reluctant and scared to go to Aspen Dental. I knew nothing about them. But after my consult, i felt better. I felt i was getting more for the money with good quality doctors. Thats exactly what i got. Their pricing beats everyone in town and the workmanship is great. Highly recommend if you are insure but need a dentist.

I did not have a bad experience. I went in for an adjustment, In the preliminary talk with the assistant Melissa R. I had questions on the fitting of my dentures. She went and got Dr. Htet. Upon examination, Dr. Htet brought in my technician Kelly B. After the two briefly conferred. The was an immediate plan made to make it right. The plan has been successfully completed. I’m 61. I am MORE than satisfied. In today’s world there IS still one place I know does it right. Aspen Dental, especially the team members I mentioned by name in the Odessa facility. This morning I am the happiest man I’ve ever been! Seriously, they ARE that good! Thank you Aspen Dental and especially Dr. Htet, technician Kelly B., and assistant Melissa R. My first encounter was the the receptionist whom I spoke with over the phone to schedule appointment. She is awesome. Very nice and polite. The nurses and the dentist him self was amazing. They spoke with me about procedures. Very thorough. Everyone in Aspen dental are professionals.

The staff was really good! The dentist was very considerate of my sister’s dementia and the fear she had for the dental procedure! It was a very good visit! My sister still cried but liked everyone that encountered her! I really appreciate the care they showed to her!

What an amazing office from the front staff to the office manager Janet, the hygienist devora, the dental assistants this office has been the best dental experience I have ever had they are fast and caring! Dr Shingala is the only dr. I will let work on me. He is very professional and gentle. I always get right in and everyone is polite and helpful. I recommend aspen dental to everyone I know. Ten stars!

I honestly had the best experience ever at Aspen Dental. I have had bad experiences with other dentist (Kool smile). The employees from Aspen Dental were all super nice and kind from the people who check you in to the office down to the Dentist. Honestly I'm happy I choose them!
