Boot Barn

I came to boot barn to find a pair of "everyday" boots I could wear at home, work, etc. Once you walk in you're greeted by the employees which is a good sight to see. This store has a large variety of boots, clothes, hats etc. Prices are relatively competitive in comparison to most western stores in the Basin.

I was approached by a kid named Elyan. He introduced his self by his name & with a handshake. Super rare now-a-days but very good etiquette & professionalism in my opinion. I found several boots that interested me and eventually went over 3 pairs to see which one I would like best. He retrieved every boot in my size and asked if there were any others I would like to look at. He really went above and beyond to accommodate my search for the perfect pair. Elyan was also dressed to par and spoke with manners which is a huge plus.

All in all, I had a great experience coming here. I will keep coming to this Boot Barn because of the great products and the amazing service this store provided me in the short period of time I was there. Super satisfied and would definitely recommend anyone looking for western boots & clothes. Thanks Boot Barn & Elyan, much appreciated🤙🏽

The hat shaper is amazing does a very good job very polite is very patient if you don’t know what your looking for. Unlike a different store called rodeo western where there rude and charge $12 for something you don’t even really like

I love the smell of leather. The people are always friendly even when it's closing time.

Excellent service right when you walk in. You are greeted right away. If you need help picking anything out they are definitely there to be of service. I went to one close to my house and thoroughly disappointed.
But I gave another chance to this one and it's like night and day difference in oersonal service. This in now my boot shopping place from now on

Had somewhat bad experience here couple years ago. This time 100% diffrent everyone polite, nice extremely helpful, not stuck on phone or snappy because they had to get off it.

I gave this two stars a few months ago but now it is full on 5 stars; their customer service was great and although they were busy, the workers addressed each customer's needs that I can tell. The manager even assisted and spoke with customers and not one employee was just standing around talking amongst each other.

I work for a company that does the inventory for other company's. This is one of the stores we inventory. Any western wear or decorations for your home you want or need can be found here. They have friendly workers that will help you in any way they can. Very enjoyable experience at Boot Barn.

Accidently left a bag of clothes on the counter, and drove off to Mississippi! It took almost 5 weeks but they kept my items with a note, and when I went to pick it up, it when without hitch. Good store, good folks. I'll be spending my oil field money there for sure.

It was open and had the boots I wanted in stock, as stated on their website. It's pricey , but hey, it's Odessa and it's The Texas Blizzard. I'll take what I can get.

Friendly staff, I ordered my niece some boots for her birthday she turn 6 and her demands were some blue boots with a hint of purple lol. The nerve of her a hint of purple. What does a six year old know about a hint of purple SMH 😂. I got her these ones.

Didn't have what I was looking.for and no offers of.help either. Rather disappointing because when it was Woods you always got.help or someone.stayed close enough to answer.questioms.

They have a whole lot of options of cowboy boot and steel toe boots here! And I loved all the clothes they had there!

I wish they had better parking and a bigger selection of womens workboots as I already own all the female boots they offer. Otherwise cant complain.
