Briana S. from the Geek Squad spent a couple of hours helping me solve my phone/ photos/ laptop problems last night. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and polite. I was really impressed with her excellent service skills and appreciated her time and help! Highly recommend her!

Was shopping at Best Buy, and saw this exclusive, limited edition of Gail Lewis. Too bad I couldn’t purchase it though as it was almost $4000.

I gave this Best Buy five stars for their customer service . as always, you can buy washer and dryers from anywhere,but I chose this store.I really like a particular LG product. Best Buy is the one that carries it. I got the washer a few weeks ago everything went seamlessly. The dryer showed up today,and again everything went seamlessly. the delivery guys from the Odessa store Nugent and his helper were awesome. I highly recommend them so if you’re going to buy a product and you need to have it delivered, you might get lucky and have Nugent very nice guy

A young man by the name of Micah was truly so helpful. he greeted my husband and I with true kindness. We truly have never experienced a good experience at Best Buy before till this day. I politely asked for help after trying to get help by other employees to help but they were nothing but rude and extremely disrespectful to us, I asked one more time to this young man and he took me right where we wanted to go and even took us to the desk and finished helping us. Before we left I asked this young man his name and with nothing but a smile on his face he told me his name was Micah. Thank you so much for showing the world kindness, and never lose that smile.

Been provided with top notch customer service and end user information every time I have needed it. For things not on the floor, their in house personnel have ALWAYS been extremely helpful looking up model information and availability as well as ordering special orders.
Staff has always been curiously helpful without being intrusive. Big bonus points in my book. Hawking isn't something I've experienced in this store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, as well as willing to access information they don't know off the top of their head.
Definitely have suggested this store to others for quality of service and customer helpfulness.

A nice young man by the name of Luke came to my assistance when I needed help choosing a pc. He was very informative and patient.

Went in to purchase a MacBook Air M2 latest model edition. The staff was very informative and helpful when we asked for help on what to purchase. The color I was looking for is not available and so I went with a silver one. Overall, it was a great and easy experience.

I got greeted at the door I was looking for a antivirus program and a associate asked me if I needed help and he knew alot about the programs got what I needed. Friendly staff members great store would recommend

Relaxed environment this time around. Which I tend to prefer more often than getting constantly asked for someone's help. I must say staff was helpful and nice when asking for assistance or inquiring about a product.

Everything is quick and easy. Friendly staff. I personally already know what I'm going for but from the looks of things of what I've seen the members help you find what you are looking for and pitch in their opinion on the item. Great place

What to say. Bought a television. The sales people were helpful and satisfied my wishes to have it delivered asap. Secondly, the delivery crew set the unit up quickly and didn't make a mess. No complaints.

Since this is the only electronic store I really can't complain. It's sad that some of the shelves are empty. We went to look for Smart Watch Bands and the display was empty. Yes I know that I can buy online but they too are out of stock.

Usually pretty stocked on what I'm looking for. They have some pretty neat stuff for kids and what not. Very friendly staff. Didn't know they sold mtg but apparently they do. Also Pokémon cards.
