Yo, Tye is the man. Chill vibes and very informative on product. Set me up with a bunch of starter stuff to get me moving and motivated. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and will help you achieve whatever goal you may have. They are so confident in your results that they encourage you to come back to check on your progress. The check ups are completely free. Now I’ve never rated anything in my life, but then again I’ve never been this impressed. Can’t recommend this place enough.

A rep from Total Nutrition set up at our gym and talked to us for awhile about some options for us. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he had. We were given some samples and were impressed with them.

(We really don't know a whole lot about this kind of stuff) Orvil was such great help and got us on a meal plan and showed us all the things we needed and things we might of forgot as newbies like for energy, pre-work out and things like that he could use during work!
