Kent Kwik

Today before going to work stop by here for the first time it is really nice store. The young man is very nice and has very fast good customer service. The restroom was clean and organized. This is my main stop for now on. Keep hiring good people with good attitudes. Way to go.

The young lady with the braids made my day she’s very charismatic and the gentleman behind the counter as well very quick on his feet! Plus the store has to be the cleanest Kent Kwik in town! And it smells delightful!

Chris has no idea what they’re talking about, this is the best Kent Kwik I have ever gone to. No where will you find a cleaner store with amazing customer service. Trust me you will fall in love!

This store was great when it first opened and almost a year after. When I went in I could get me some ice tea and coffee easily. The last almost 2 months I go in there hasn’t been any tea or lemonade. Almost once a week there’s some of the coffee bean holders are completely empty. The worker had half eaten food on the counter where you would check out. I’m a huge fan of these new Kent stores and thought they would give Strips a run for their money but now I’m seeing some of the same. Please please make the store what it once was!

Your Employee Andrew or manager, teach him how to laugh. Treat guest, it is one of the best guest station in Odessa on loop 338, but it’s empty, this is the reason when employee doesn’t care about the store.

Went to exchange a propane tank on 4/3. Lady working was just standing there eating. She finally talked to me and I said I wanted to exchange my propane tank. She started hitting buttons and then said there is no button for it due to a Kent Kwik software update. I believe she was just lazy and didn’t want to unlock it. I went to another Kent Kwik location a few minutes away and they did it with no issues. I expected better service from the newest station. Don’t waste your time here if you need anything that isn’t self service.

Store hours say "opens at 5am" i havent seen this place open at 5 in months.
