I frequented this location for a week while in town on a work trip. It tends to get pretty busy, however, it didn't take too long to receive my order. The employees were consistently pleasant and they had a variety of a new cups which was a plus.

The best Starbucks in Odessa! Staff are super friendly and efficient.

The store is very clean and ample parking to handle the traffic.

I will always come here when in town. Plus the .50 cents refill is a great bargain!

Very fast and friendly service. Roxy and Dorthy are very good at what they do and they make me smile on the mornings I am there.

My favorite Starbucks location in Odessa, specifically the crew in the morning. They're very kind and quick to make orders, although mobile ordering makes it all that much easier to go in and out. Usually Friday mornings are the busiest and typically when you will wait the most. The location is perfectly located for your morning fix or evening drink.

We had a wonderful experience here today. Our order was taken by a lovely lady named Dorothy. She was such a sweet lady and definitely deserves a raise for her amazing customer service and contagious smile. 😁

Great experience, the manager was so sweet and brewed us a fresh cup of blonde roast coffee, plus the atmosphere was very welcoming! This is the best Starbucks in a Texas 🤩🤩

This may be my favorite Starbucks ever. I've worked at Starbucks twice (in other states) and am familiar with operations...this place goes above and beyond. They frequently have free samples to try new drinks. The staff is super friendly and happy to be there. My drink order is always correct. The place is really clean, too! Highly recommend!

I've never been to a better Starbucks. Ever. Amazing people, incredibly clean. Beautiful inside. Great management and leadership. The staff takes ownership. They welcome every customer with a smile. They always remember my name and drink preference. They always brightens my day.

This Starbucks is great!!! In the mornings, they’re fast, efficient, accurate, and friendly! And the store is very clean and pleasant looking. Not your typical “slow” Starbucks, for the Midland-Odessa area. This is my go-to Starbucks no matter where I’m at in Odessa.

I love this place! I always get that chocolate mocha iced drink. Monica is the one who makes my drink. She makes it exactly how I want it. She's such a friendly and attentive employee.

Best Starbucks I’m town. This location is slashes clean the baristas are so friendly every time. My drink is always made correctly with and extra dose of love.

This is my go to Starbucks, staff is friendly and always have my drink ready by the time I'm there (3-5 minutes) when I order on my app, place is always very clean.
