Food is always good. Not fancy but good. Service is super fast. I eat here at least 2 times a week.

These are literally the best fajitas you could get in Texas very consistent throughout all the stores.

Smothered burrito dinner served w beans and rice plus two additional flour tortillas. Great salsa bar.

I ordered the chicken salad bowl, beef enchilada(smothered with cheese), and chocolate cake. Everything was delicious.

Their food is always amazing and the employees are very courteous

Went here Tuesday night for Taco Tuesday. I got a complete dinner with 3 crispy beef tacos, rice, beans and two fresh made flour tortillas for $5.49. Was it good? Oh my gosh it was wonderful. The salsa and jalapeno bar was just a bonus. I know where I'll be going every Tuesday night when I'm in Odessa. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. the restaurant was clean and well kept. Five stars!

The best food around!! The drive thru is super quick even if there are 15 vehicles in front on you.

Came on Taco Tuesday around 3 pm. Great, fast paced service. They even provided my order with salsa -which was huge for me since I’ve typically had to ask, or it was forgotten. Didn’t ask this time around and it was in my bag along with the essentials -plastic ware & extra napkins. Again, huge for me. Small in gesture but it’s the little things that make a difference when you’re on the go. 👍🏽

Def a family spot to dine! Beautiful decor, tables, chairs and atmosphere! Damn good food! Something for everyone! Quick service! Taste is excellent! ... You do have to make sure there is sweet tea made... but when it is it is smooth! Mmmm makes me hungry think'n about it 😆

Awesome great tasting beef & chicken made fresh with well seasoned mesquite firewood provided by AAA-FIREWOOD. Tortillas home made fresh as per ordered.
Highly recommendable eating & fairly priced. Everything fairly priced including the beer.
Since they have been in existence not one week has passed that my family & I don't eat @ Rosa's Cafe.

I wanted to compliment the service at Rosa's today but especially the food. I eat at Rosa's Cafe at different times when I come to Odessa. If my plate has rice it's usually on the dry side so I don't eat it...not today. The beans, likewise. Today they were so creamy and good. I had never tried the chicken enchiladas with sourcream sauce before...delicious! My complements to the chef. I ate all that was on my plate! Great job!

We always stop here if we are in town. We moved away from Odessa and we do not have Rosas's where we live. Their quality of service and food has not changed over the years. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. My son always has queso with his meal and i like their soft beef tacos. I usually enjoy a piece of carrot cake as well. Their iced tea is great and i love the salsa bar.

Great Food,Great Atmosphere! Customer Service top notch! My daughter left her retainer on a table by accident and they kept it! I just knew the busser would just have probably thrown it away but they didn’t! Thank you,To the Rosas employee for being so considerate!

Everybody comes to Rosas. I go thru drive-thru window bcuz I'm too lazy to make flour tortillas & mom has to have them on continual basis. We cook Mexican at home so we only buy food there a few times Their drive through is quick unless u have 12 cars in front of you. Same goes for the line inside but they are actually pretty darned fast considering they have a constant flow of people. Police eat there, alot of families, company lunch crowds, family or friends fun gathering. Their parking on busy days is too small. But people don't stop coming because apparently people r very happy with their service and their food product. They are a clean business. If u have a complaint & talk to a manager, they politely & quickly take care of the problem.
