Amy is awesome, everytime I come in she greets me with a big smile. Always helpful and fast.

I drive all over West Texas and even beyond into NM every day. This is hands down the friendliest and best Stripes store this side of Texas!

I had a terrible experience at the Stripes on Faudree Rd. And they wouldn't even take my complaint seriously. So I called this location to get a manager or an area manager and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and polite I was treated, even though I was complaining. The girl (I'm so sorry I was so mad about being ripped off I forgot your name) was so patient and listened to everything and then was shocked at how I was treated at the other Stripes. I always liked this location better but now it is the ONLY stripes I will go to. Thank you.

I go today to do my usual gas and drink stop on way ho?ethat pior girl that is working today has been there since 6 thismorning the manager there took off wont answer his phone and shes stuck there till someone shows up may not be till morning she deserves a rais i would suggest everyone call and make a complaint on that manager wint even answer his phone to let her k.ow whats going on isnt it illegal for someone to work over 16 hours in a rtail job......

Their pump didn't accept credit cards...had to go in...

Their fuel prices are outstanding however, the pumps are either out of service or slow as a snail‘s pace!!!!

For starters, the guy running the register skipped me (female) to let 2 men who entered the building after me, ahead before I called him on it. Apparently you have to be a male gener to get waited on here to get to the back of the line. Second, NO GAS! APPARENTLY THIS DUMP DIDNT PAY THEIR GAS BILL & EVERY PUMP ID EMPTY! I was redirected to 2 separate pumps before I finally
Got 20-cents worth. What a racket! Angry customers everywhere!

Amy, sells representative, should get a training in customer service, she's so annoying and loud, she acts like stripes is a circus not a store, if there's a manager or a leads member who cares about stripes costumers should care more about this person.
