It's a beautiful dream come true. Books, coffee, hard cider. We went for breakfast and the sandwiches were a little pricey but very tasty. We had coffee and roamed the shelves. It's a fantastic place that I can't wait to frequent! 🥰🥰

I do not know if there is a fantastic place like this one in my neighborhood. It combines the book store, coffee shop, and a bar downstairs. It offers a chilling vibe, comfort, and great coffee and beers for everyone. The price is reasonable. The whole place is super clean, spacious, and well-decorated. I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone.

This bookstore was amazing! The collection of books here is really good! I found a book that I don't find available at a lot of bookstores even though it's pretty popular. The staff were really nice and I thought it was really cool that there is a coffee shop/bagel shop in the same building.

This place is a jewel. As someone who frequented Barnes and Noble when it was popular this place gives me the book vibes but I love it more because its a small business. The beer spot it shares space with is amazing as well. One of my favorite places in Seattle

I am an avid reader and frequent independent bookstores around the city. Third Place Books is great! They have a good collection among all genres, but I want to especially mention their poetry section - I went here in April 2023 and found some gems, plus got discounted prices for National Poetry Month. They also do special events like author reading etc, worthwhile to sign up! I especially enjoyed the adjoining cafe where you can grab a drink/bite and read your books!

Oh Third Place Books- Seward Park location is lovely. I always seem to blow my book budget just in the staff recommendations area. This trip I came across the Project 562, about the federally recognized Tribes. I have it on hold at the library, but in person it is stunning. After debating with myself, I couldn't resist. In buying it, I support a local bookseller but also a local author and get to take this incredible book home instead of having to rush through the library copy. My picture won't do it justice. Seek out this book, support local.

This is my absolute favorite neighborhood spot! Inclusive, accessible, and full of my favorite things: books, beers, and (coffee) brews! Plus awesome staff, an accepting and cozy environment, and fun events. It's the best

Great place any time of day. Fantastic coffee, Italian sodas and other NA drinks, expansive and varied tap list. Great house-made burgers and more. The Korean wings are great! Friendly staff. Awesome book store next door. What's not to love?

I'm a huge fan of this independently owned book shop chain - their thoughtfulness regarding their locations stands out to me - this location is particularly special as this neighborhood appreciates and needed them.
They buy and sell used books - and have considered recommendation displays that I enjoy perusing.
Parking is easy and there is a tap room / burger place in the same building.

An excellent place to hangout, get some good food or coffee, grab a drink, play a board game, and check out a great selection of books. I just recently learned the phrase "third place" as a location outside of work and home where people can get together to meet in a neighborhood setting. We don't have many of those places, but Third Place Books is a great example of how it can work. I highly recommend a visit to any of our guests. Check it out!
Also, Chuck's Hop Shop is on the premises with a huge selection of beers, a decent selection of ciders, and a few meads.

There’s BOOKS and BAGELS and COFFEE and FOOD and BEER!?
I only thought there were books and coffee but this place is the most perfect bookstore I’ve ever been to. I wish I didn’t live so far because otherwise I would go here EVERYDAY 😭 I didn’t take pictures of everything but it’s absolutely perfect

This is a lovely spot, only further improved by the addition of Chuck's Hop Shop. I appreciate their dedication in assembling their collection for sale as well as the warm and welcoming staff.

Third Place is one of my favorite places to be. I go multiple times a week to get a coffee and read in the cafe. Browsing the bookstore itself is a treat, and I love all of the employee reviews and recommendations along the shelves. I feel so at home here thanks to all of the friendly staff. TPB & Chuck’s are a must for any book lover!
