I chose the Bartell's on 2nd and Wall in Seattle because it's right across the street from my Doctors office, so that's super convenient.

I really lucked out though, because of a phamicist who works there, named Dianna. Seattle is under "Stay at Home" orders right now due to the C-19 outbreak. I support social disdancing and I was nervous about having to ride a bus to pick up my medication.

My pharmacist was so kind and went above and beyond to keep me safe. Dianna found a way for me to follow my Doctors orders about meds but also to keep me off the busses for about 90 days, until quarantine is lifted! (We HOPE!)

I'm SO relieved to stay off the bus!!! TYVM! Dianna and Bartell's!!!

something went wrong with an order I placed for a special photo item which wast tobe a christmas gift.
I asked for help from Cameron Ito -and his customer service blew me away.
He made everything more than right!

I am very disappointed with the Bartell ads and the response when the stores run out of a product. I wanted to get some Rose Black Tea using the ad price. The store was out, and so were at least 4 others, so I received a raincheck. Now months later the stores still have not stocked the shelves with the sale item. This is not the first time this has happened with a sale item. Does the corporate policy mention that once a sales product is sold out, do not restock until the customer has been worn out looking to use the raincheck?

Sorry, not a review exactly, because I haven't been there yet. A comment on that aspect...I searched for "stores near 4408 Delridge Way SW" and this was the first thing to come up. It says "Corporate Office" here. There is no mention of a Bartell's store attached to this Corporate Office, but there are pharmacy hours. I am confused. Is this location a corporate office with a store attached as well, or just a corporate office?

I have been a loyal Bartell’s shopper for the past 30 years, and I have just moved my prescriptions to Safeway and I will start taking care of my photo needs at Walgreens. I was very close to the Bartell’s in MARYSVILLE, but in the past month Has truly gone to hell in a hand basket.

Prescriptions are never ready, or the phone system was down so they couldn’t get their answering machine messages, or they’re really understaffed, or the computer system was down. The photo kiosk is just a disaster.

Well I called my doctors office, she informed me that she had also changed her prescriptions from your company to our local Safeway.

I know that you were bought out by Rite Aid, but truly, what a sad state of affairs. I feel bad for the local employees who I have known for as long as I have shopped there.

Their so called delivery recently went from excellent to horrible: only busy signals for delivery & phar6refuses to take orders to pass along to delivery team. And website just puts one in glorious circumvention. They keep directing to leass than free costly delivery or amazon prime: too costly in this day & age.

Why cant you list store hours on your website??
Is it a state secret??
