Excellent customer service!! Matt helped me to the upmost. I went in on a Sunday to purchase a utility trailer and he answered every question I asked quickly and to the point. I was never pressured or pushed into buying any product and was given plenty of opinions. After I purchased the trailer and all the accessories I came back the next day because one of the taillights wasn’t working on the trailer. When I went back I was greeted and helped immediately. They got me fixed up quickly and happily. They never once complained or made me feel bad for having to go back. 10 out of 10 for customer service and product availability! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with them!

Have always been approached very quickly for assistance in every store I have visited through out all Norther Tool Stores. Quality products and priced compared to other markets. Like the opportunity to use the discount cards on purchases in the stores.

This place is awesome. The manager, Rachael I believe, stopped what she was doing and helped me personally when I was looking lost searching for pressure washers.

Great place to find good quality tools and accessories. Online ordering is very easy and a good way to get items that were sold out of at the store. Either way, great place to shop.

They usually have what I need in stock this time I bought an rv on demand water pump for my rv. And they had it right on the shelf every once in a while I have to special order something but not often. Still better than harbor freight ever will be.

I've always found this to be my preferred location in the area. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean, and most importantly they keep their items in stock so I can get what I need, when I need it.

Very clean, under new management. In and out in 10 min! Thank you To the Manager on duty Sandy, strong woman knows her stuff ! Definitely will be back.
