I am an attorney in El Paso and after battling with the local OAG to get a simple financal report, I "gave up" and decided to call the Odessa office directly. They were incredibly hepful and sent me the requested documents in seonds.

Everytime I called in the past I always had problems with the people I spoke with they always wanted to cut it short and end the call very fast leaving me frustrated and with alot of questions still needed to be answered but today I spoke with a Margie Rodriguez and she was very polite and and understanding answered all my questions they could use more employee's like her if I have questions or need any help in the future definitely asking for her I would highly recommend her not even exaggerating!

I hate that I can not contact the office directly even when I call their office number. I always get some uninformed representative from El Paso who refuses to transfer me to the Odessa office. They also gave me unsolicited advice and the proceeded to tell me they couldn’t talk to me. I told them to transfer me because I had spoke with a representative and follow up and they refused. There needs to be a direct line to this office. It’s maddening, all I am trying to do is make sure that direct payments were deducted from the overall amount that was owed. That way the other person paying me doesn’t have to over pay. It’s like moving night and day and utterly exhausting.

This place is a joke. They don’t care of your well being calling in to get an update on your case to see if they have located the other parents locations of work. The different times you call they give you different explanations. They give you attitude all the time like it’s our fault we call to just get an update on our case. I gave up on them, they don’t do a good job

This whole outfit is unprofessional and petty! They don't care, they tell you one thing, then you call back and they tell you something else. I went to see them in person one day, was the first one to sign in and they kept me waiting the entire day, saw everyone else before me I was the very last one. It's no use to complain, apparently they don't get paid enough to care. Good luck getting anyone on the phone, or someone to return emails or calls! They need to fire every one in that place and hire a bunch of single parents who aren't getting child support, maybe then you will get some results!

The wait times on the phone calls are horrendous. I waited 50 minutes just for them to end the call👍🏽

I am very frustrated I have not received a payment since 04/12/2022. He owes back child support in the amount of $26,000 and when I call its like pulling teeth with them. It's ridiculous that one person tells you one thing and another one different thing. So tired 😫 of this place and people who work here. There website is always down to log in. GEEZ

This is such an awful place to have to deal with. After doing what was advised, they're now back charging for direct payments. We've been emailing and faxing in the paperwork for weeks now. They're unprofessional, untrained, and uninformed. Something that should have only taken 3 days (according to them) has been going on for weeks no, with still no end in sight. How are these people allowed to mess with your income, report false information to credit agencies, and not process paperwork they recieved long ago. Good luck if you have to deal with them. Nothing but a nightmare!

They are not caring and only care about getting their cut they take my stimulus during hardship and won't release to my son till October mind you I got my stimulus in March and they have continually charged me 700 since March knowing I'm not working and emailing them to change asap terrible business and middle man I feel for those who can't get along with their kids parent because this place just takes advantage of both sides! Even during a pandemic!!

Hands down the most worthless employees I’ve ever had the misfortune of speaking with. I called multiple times to get guidance on what to do about my ex not letting me speak to our son. And per usual, the workers are clueless as to what to do. If you go through this office, you are doomed.

This is the worst place on earth all they do is lie and no one ever knows anything. Someone will tell you one thing just for you to get a call and if be totally different. They want you to do their job for them. This place is a mess they need to get their office in order and on the same page! It’s utterly frustrating

Trash! Every time I call, they tell me the same thing, “you’re going to have to wait 2-3 weeks before we can let you know something” for a year and a half already. They need more educated people inside this office.

Everytime you call the att gen it's the same mess..we updated..no. yall didnt yalls system is the proof. Everything takes 2 to 3 weeks..and still no results. Cant blame the staff..I blame the whole process..

My son has passed away and did all things required to process and stop my payment and im still getting charged. I have loss to cope with, and this is the last thing I should be dealing with. What horrible staff.
