My wife & I were in Alabama for a family get together, the staff was awesome on first & second shift. Ms. Tracy on first & Melodie on second were awesome!! They are pet friendly!! All the staff are nice & polite. They have 24 hour coffee available. They bake cookies throughout the day for guests in the lobby. They have a good breakfast til 10am, my favorite was the waffles!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! When we come back we are DEFINITELY staying here again!!

Whoa!!! This place is amazing!! Sooo clean, rooms are large and spotless! The complimentary breakfast has everything you can imagine and it’s all so fresh! We met Brian and Jenny and they have so much pride in everything they do. So kind and helpful. Don’t stay anywhere else but HERE!!

We stopped here after an already long day of moving, followed by the drive. We chose this brand because of its value and pet-friendliness and they came through. It was truly an overnight stopover and we left before they began serving breakfast, which smelled pretty wonderful by the way.

Staff were friendly and the room was a mini suite with a small loveseat sitting area. The pets were comfortable and so were we. I recommend the brand and also this specific location if you’re in need of a reasonably-priced, pet friendly, modern hotel stay.

Conference/Family Room was great! Hotel services on 1-20-24 was Top Notch. Especially with restaurants nearby. I will recommend people to visit.

Great location from Highway and from the Target strip mall along with a few familiar restaurants. Brian and Jenni are very customer oriented, polite and wonderful customer service! Liked it so much I came back the following week for business.

Great hotel to stay at on the way to Florida, a little more than halfway if driving from Kentucky.
Cleans rooms, comfortable beds, free hot breakfast was great.
Several places to shop and eat in the area.
The only downfall I could find was the pool hours (10am-8pm).

Great location if you don't want to overnight in Birmingham. Beautiful entrance up a tree lined drive. Clean and secure parking. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Lovely, spacious, well laid out room design. Gym looks like it isn't used much, clock on wall was dead and some equipment disabled, and water dispenser was out of water and cups but that's my only quibble with a really good hotel. Staff were efficient and breakfast was as expected. I didn't use it, but there is a nice outdoor patio with tables and a pool. Nice touch.

Hotel staff was amazing. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Great experience at this property. I would absolutely recommend this property for your stay in the Fultondale area.

Truly our home away from home during a moving process. Spacious rooms to accommodate our child and two dogs. Good working station in room. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Exceeded our expectations.

All good... They just need to contact Google maps...it took me to an apartment complex far off.

We have currently been staying at this hotel for a few nights for my husband's work. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Full size fridge, dishwasher (did use), microwave, coffee maker and a few dishes. Bed is comfortable, pillows are too soft for me but I bring mine with me. Hotel is very nice and all the staff I have encountered have been super polite and helpful. I personally would recommend this hotel. Parking lot and area felt safe also.

We love Home2 Suites, especially for larger families like ours. Very spacious and very clean rooms! This specific Home2 though had thin walls as we could hear a person next door talking on the phone. Our room was pretty hot throughout the night, even though we had the fan on high and the thermostat on 67. I didn’t take a star off for that because it could’ve been user error 😉 Beautiful pool and great breakfast.

This Home 2 is exactly what a hotel should be. Great service and clean suites. This is the only hotel to stay at in the Birmingham area.

I was traveling on Business for an my Insurance Business and this was the Hotel the Company selected for us to stay. I really enjoyed my stay although I was in a Meeting for a few days everything was great! They took all precautionary measures of assuring disinfectant wipes and sanitary were centrally placed in the Hotel. The cleanliness of the Hotel from the room and throughout the Hotel, outside patio area (my favorite spot), and meeting rooms were all great!! The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was great!! Overall; it was a pleasant stay it was my home away from home for those few days.. I would recommend Home2 Suites to family & friends or anyone like myself and my Husband who was traveling on Business. Thank you!!

The best extended hotel in the area. The front desk provides great service; the room has a Smart TV for Netflix access; they serve hot breakfast in the morning with fresh coffee. They also have a fire pit for the evenings; there’s a well-equipped work out facility. As a Hilton Honors Diamond, I approve this review.

Wow! It has been a while since I felt so good to stay in an hotel. Usually I'm bringing my Clorox wipes, my Lysol disinfectant etc. This was the hotel with better reviews so we decided to stay here. Well I'm glad we stayed here and I became a member and I'm so glad I did, and it's free to became a member by the way.
The moment we came inside the hotel the receptionist was super nice and welcoming. We actually got to use the gym since we had to be in the car for 8 hours and we had to stretch. They had a swimming pool but sadly there were people smoking and I get asma with the smoke so we were not able to use it.
Beds were confortable and even the sofa pull out was great, room has a kitchen and everything was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was delicious, usually you think it's going to be just regular but it was great! The chef was making sure everyone was happy and confortable and always maintained everything stocked and clean. Let me tell you this morning there was a group of 40 kids eating breakfast and I was afraid when we got down to eat there was not going to be anything left, well the chef made magic! In the shower there is shampoo and shower gel which are very convenient so that you don't have to get everything out.
Everyone who works in this hotel were excellent in what they do, so glad there are still hotel's that are doing the difference. The location is great there is a mall like .3 miles and a Target. Will definitely recommend this place it's worth every penny. Everyone here deserves a raise or a bonus! Congratulations!

Large clean room. Nice grill area and tables 😋 pool sundeck and loungers. Large breakfast selection. Fitness center 💪🏽

I was only here for one night, but if I could have I would have stayed longer!

Starting with check-in, I believe the front desk representative's name was Brock. He was extremely nice, professional, and helpful. It felt like he loved his job, and was a nice vibe to come "home" to after a long day of travel.

Opening the door to my room, I was immediately impressed by the size. The huge layout would be conducive to long term stay even for a small family, and you wouldn't feel on top of each other.

The room was modern, squeaky clean, and quiet. I never heard hall noise or a neighbor.

The desk also provided extras like snacks/water throughout the day and headphones for use in the gym.

Pet friendly, which us always a plus. Microwave and refrigerator so we could actually enjoy our leftovers. They also seem to provide rollaway cooktops if you prefer to cook yourself.

I was very happy with my stay. It was affordable to boot. This will be my go to whenever in Bham

We travel very often and I am always so impressed with Home 2 suits. The extra room along the walls to easily access my stuff is perfect! The layout of the rooms gives the most space and room for 2 people to utilize very comfortably! The rooms that are split den and bedroom are perfect for people who enjoy different TV programs and the staff is always well trained! Home 2 is our favorite hotel and we look for it each time we travel!
