I really enjoy going to this particular store. The employees are so gentle and sweet was very nice attitude's. I came in for a candle and ended up with 3 do to good customer service and convincing me to switch up. 🤣

This weekend's sale caught my eye on facebook. I started an order to be picked up the next day. It was so easy to place my order on my phone. I stopped by this morning, went inside to browse, and picked up my order. All the staff were very friendly, I didn't have to wait, and my visit was very pleasant.

This is my go-to for gifts for my wife. She absolutely loves their skin care products! They have some amazing scents and are always really helpful.

I shop at the Fultondale, AL location & every single Associate has always greeted me with a smile & eager to help! Today, 01/18/2020 was no different but I wanted to mention 2 Associates in particular.
I went to exchange several items that my boyfriend (should say significant other I guess.. we've been together forever 🙄.. 8yrs) & I purchased for gifts & these were extras and I happened to not be fond of the smell. Well, I pop in the store today & it happens to be the 75% off sale...LAST DAY!!
Shea, the sweetest sales associate approached me and chit chat begins & I ask about the decor from Christmas they used if the red truck was on sale for 75% off...and so it began!😂 She took that Big Red Truck to the back where you checkout for me. Then I see Hunter at checkout. He's Amazing! I had coupons for X-Amount off of your total purchase and he put that on top of my 75%off price!!! Then the items I was going to exchange...he just took the price I originally paid off the price of truck!! So...$350.00 red truck...cost me $50 tax and all! Oh and that included my $7.50 air freshener refill.🤭😍🤩🙌🤸🏼‍♀💃🏼That calls for cartwheels and dancing! Hunter & Shea went above and beyond to help me! Bath & Body Works never disappoints!

This was my first time at Bath and Body Works in Fultondale, Alabama. Very nice employees, and helpful. Since it wasn't inside a mall, you didn't have to walk so far to get to this store, which is a good thing if you have health problems and asthma like I do.

Very clean. Items displaced for quick sale. Staff friendly and helpful. Bought quite a few items.
