Books-A-Million

First time coming here and was not disappointed. Bought two books and a bookmark. We were even gifted a free magazine. The person who checked us out was also friendly and nice.

They didn't have a few of the books I was looking for but the girl did her best to help me and found one for me customer service was excellent and that's the most important part of any visit to any business

Easy to navigate layout, and the staff was courteous and helpful! It is one of the best bookstore experiences I've had in a long time!

I had some questions about specific topics, and I was shown exactly what I was looking for right away! They know their stuff and are super friendly.

I love books a million. As far as big box book stores go, books a million is one of the better ones. This location is especially lovely. The employees are so fantastic! They are knowledgeable and conversational and sweet. The employees really make this location top tier. If you told me that the employees were going to open up their own small business bookstore I would be there as often as possible to add to my ever growing to be read stack! Go talk and shop books with these sweet friends.

I've always loved coming here since I was younger. Me and my brother used to sit in the back corner and read comic books. Their prices could be a little better and they could organize the books a little better, but they always have what I'm looking for. They have a very relaxing environment for people that would like to stay and read their new book.

I love this store! The workers here are always super nice and helpful, and they take their time with helping to figure out what coupons would work best with a purchase. I really appreciate all the workers that are there :)

By far my favorite bookstore. Plenty to choose from. I honestly can spend hours in here. It’s always clean. Well stocked and organized. The people who work here are generally very polite and helpful. All around great place.

The staff there was amazing. Sav and Zoe are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I found exactly what I needed, but not what I thought I needed at first.

I really love The variety of stuff.. They have a great assortment of books. They have a lot of memorabilia. If you're in a anime this is definitely the place to be. They have a lot of gifts that would be great for friends or coworkers. This is one of the very few stores that my kids just love.

I've always loved BAM and am proud to know they're a Birmingham-based company. Regarding the Fultondale location, I've no real complaints, although I'd say they're missing a trick not having a DVD/Blu-ray section since the Best Buy closed nearby a few years back.

I love shopping here. This store is always very neat & clean and organized so it's easy to find what you're looking for. They have a huge selection of books for all ages. They also have some really unique toys and gadgets. It's a very entertaining store. They also have a Joe Muggs coffee shop inside so you can drink your coffee and read a book while you're there.

They couldn't find the book I wanted but I bought another book instead the clerk was very helpful he even checked the truck that said it was one available but couldn't find it

Nice large book store... Great selection of material to choose from... Hardback, paperback and magazines...
Being welcomed at the door was very inviting...
If you need reading material, this will be a good choice...
