I came in the JC penny to get a few things for my daughter, she needed some facial cleanser and I also need to make up so we went into the Sephora area and this is where we met Brianna she was so sweet she helped us with everything she took her time with us and she really made us feel special. I was able to get everything that I needed and I’m just grateful for people who are just sweet kind hearted and go out of their way to make sure that you understand what it is that you’re buying and that you’re satisfied.

Went to Penny's in fultondale to do a little Xmas shopping, at the jewelry counter Kim L. was great, she was helpful, funny,and patient. I was ring shopping with my wife, so it took a minute. Thanks Kim L. for the help.

Managed to find what we needed in the sizes we needed. Checkout was quick and the cashier was really friendly. Great experience.

God shopping experience. Took a bit long to check out. However, it was Christmas time so a long check out was to be expected.

It was very refreshing to find all the different outfits in all the beautiful spring colors. I surely will visit Penneys more often. Thanks to my cashier for helping me exchange a pair of slacks. She was helpful.

I have always been very pleased with the products which I purchased at this location. But I now have a newfound love for the store. I arrived last evening at 7:55 not realizing the store now closes at 8 o’clock. I was there to pick up an online order which is already paid for. As I entered, a man I assume was the manager called to the back to let them know that I was headed in that direction, however the cashiers told me that they had already closed the register and could not look up my order. I was frustrated but turned to walk back out. When I approached the front of the store, the same manager came to me and said let’s get you taken care of up here. He had a different cashier look up my order, had someone get my items, and was super pleasant. I was out of the store by 8:01 p.m. and very much looking forward to shopping there again. Next time, I’ll be sure to arrive long before the doors close.

Love their coupons and the service people always look to find you the best deal. I always can find good quality causal or dress clothes. Love that they have added Sephora make up as a inside store. Great experience.

It was great they are having a black Fri in July sale my biologe shampoo and conditioner was on super sale and makeup 50% off some buy one get one no crowd's

I can honestly say that I walked out of the salon with the absolute BEST highlights/cut and style that my hair has ever received!!! I advise anyone who wants to have their hair done to ask for ARLENE B! She puts her heart and soul into her work and I can guarantee you will walk out with the best feeling in the world! I know I did. I refuse to have anyone other than Mrs ARLENE touch my hair ever again :) Go see her !

Friendly staff they're having a huge 50 to 70% off clearance sale on almost everything in the store. The staff is really friendly I ran in because I thought they closed it 7:00 and got here at 6:30 but they didn't close till 8:00 so that was great.

I ansolutely love J C Penny. To day like always the customer service was absolutely superb! It was crowded and the Associates pushed through the Hectic and stayed focused. I also saw the managerd getting food for their associates. They really did some very good team work. I was very impressed.

I was here to return some Christmas gifts. The lady at the return counter made it soo easy and she help me without any trouble. She then went with me to the jewelry counter to return a piece of jewelry. She was so polite and efficient. Another lady helped my husband pick out some pants. He not easy to please. She was very patient and polite. I can't believe how easy it is to shop at Birmingham J C Penney. I will be going back there.

Great place I needed to get something for my mother who can't make it to the store and they had a great selection of clothes for her they fit me, due to the dressing room where close. So I was happy, 😊
