Friendly staff helped us find rare pieces we needed for furniture hardware we couldn't find anywhere else even online. This store is awesome and staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Love this place and I have told everyone about it. I'll keep traveling here from Bellevue to get what we need. They have so much stuff and their window display is cute to lol. Ty guys for your help. We were finally able to complete a furniture building we need to for weeks. Couldn't find the parts needed and missing until we looked up and visited your store thanks guys

A great resource for the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They might not have everything that the big box stores do but they have most of the important things for those living in the City

My family has and will continue to shop at Lowe's, we've built many memories at that place. It was nice, though, to find a small town Supply store just a few blocks from where I'm at. The prices were good on most things and a bit under what I'd expect from a store in the middle of Seattle. The employees have all been friendly every time I've gone there and they have a nice selection of items for sale including a lot of the essentials you'd expect to find at a hardware store. They close a little bit early (5pm) but the atmosphere reminds me of going to the local hardware store (McCoy's) with my grandpa, back when I was a kid growing up in Texas. Great place to drop in and get what you need. I found some awesome items for my Girls here!

Staff is knowledgeable & helpful. They have almost anything you need for home repair. This is definitely my go to location on the hill from now on. Compared to other hardware stores in the area it is the best because of the selection and organization of products.

I wish I had discovered this store sooner. Besides the usual hardware supplies, they have all sorts of household stuff that I would've thought I'd have to drive to Target to find, from bike pumps to greeting cards to potting soil to Swiffer mops. It's great to have this in the neighborhood!

The store is well supplied, the staff is great, knowledgeable & helpful with a purchase they may not have it in inventory but they'll tell you where you can get it even from another business. Prices are competitive.

Local small business with a super friendly staff and an owner that genuinely cares about his customers and his community. I don't need to come here often but almost every time I do I have an odd request and the staff has always been amazing in helping fulfill it.

This is a great neighborhood hardware store. They have a surprising amount of inventory in such a small space. Much of the staff has worked there for years, and they know their inventory well. They are super helpful and friendly. Avoid the big box and shop locally.

11/10 service and location. John and his team are extremely knowledgeable and will give you quick tips for your home improvement or repair projects. And it's so awesome to not need to get in a car to get stuff done!

I just started coming to this fine establishment about a month ago as we use them for all our maintenence products for several local properties and apartment complexes. Let me just say I am thoroughly impressed. Having been in the building trades for nearly 20yrs Ivd done countless trips to the Lowes/ Home Depot stores and I couldn't remember a single instance at either one that I ever left a 'satisfied customer'. Here, however, they still believe in customer service and it shows- I'd mark the 'very satisfied customer' box for Pacific Supply
