Harold's Chicken shack

I went in tonight after a very long day. I must say many bad moments interrupted my day so I was pretty down going to get food for the family. Big John and Rico were very welcoming, professional and clean. I noticed John and Rico was their hands a few times and they had on masks. We enjoyed the food and I enjoyed the experience. Keep it up y’all. It’s the little things that can make one’s day/night just a little better.

Best Fish (catfish fillets) I ever had from any Harolds and I’m from Chicago-Home of the original Harolds Chicken. From the excellent and personable customer service with Ms. Gloria, to the prompt, accurate and care of our large order, I would definitely recommend and continue to go here.

This fish & Chicken is great. French Fries 🍟 was super good. Wish it was a store in every major city

Order ahead and take your time getting there because they are so slow. However the wings and catfish are fresh and delicious. I grew up on the southside of Chicago and this is just like I remember.

I just moved to Springfield about a month and a half ago and I have been to this restaurant 3 times and every time has been great my food is always fresh and hot made to order I’m so glade I have a restaurant that feels like home (Chicago) keep up the amazing work luvs!!!

Fresh as can be, delicious. I get the mild sauce on the side so it's not as sloppy. Probably the best fried chicken in the state

Harold's is ok it's just I like they fish but they don't offer catfish steaks and all they fish be spicy they don't have some with original seasoning I can't eat spicy foods and a lot of people can't eat spicy foods
