Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a custom ice cream cake -requesting to see if it would be possible to make it look similar to an Arizona tea can. I had chose the icing color for the writing, etc., ordered the cake.
Later on, I ended up thinking I would have preferred the writing to be the same color as what the Arizona can has, but I had already submitted my order and figured it would still look pretty.
Allan ended up being my cake decorator, which was next day. He called me to ask if I might prefer the writing to be in a gold color like on the can, and that to me was just above and beyond. I was super stoked to hear that he was working on it, and had that thought too, and chose to ring me up to ask. Major kudos points to Al, seriously.
Anyways, the cake looks awesome. He even added pretty colorful details to the flowers. Couldn’t be happier with how it came out.

We ordered a cake online. Was very generic and asked them to put a KTM Dirtbike on it. This is what they did. They went above and beyond for this cake. They made this kid happy as one can be. Thank you guys very much!

I had coupons to use, ordered the double cheese with onion and mustard only!!! It was perfect, fries were hot and delicious!!! The girl that took my order was a sweetheart. You better keep her for along time!!!!

Cones were great but we had to wait about 10 minutes for ice cream because they ran out and had to freeze some more. No biggie though, we had nowhere else to be.

Nice DQ, kind cashier taking my order and they had so many staff that food was ready before we knew it! Everything was hot and tasty.

So far I’ve had no issues here. The food is pretty good. Burgers taste like Carl’s JR. so that’s a plus. And the blizzards are delicious. Sometimes the line is long so make sure you plan for that.

My kids love Dairy Queen and what is not to love....well there are the long lines on a hot summers night but that is all part of the experience of ordering and waiting for your cone or sundae to appear at the window...I do not eat ice cream but my kids love it and the blizzards are my sons favorite. The staff is really outstanding and have always tried to make our time there enjoyable. Eat in, carry out or drive thru it is wonderful.

We come here often. The employees are always very friendly. They truly are trying to keep the public safe from the virus. The food is always great and fresh. Your order is ready quickly. All in all a great dining experience.

Food was great but the reason I give 5 stars is not only for that. This was my first time eating here. And I was shocked at how good the customer service was. I've never been to a fast food place where everyone was so polite. It was packed when I got there and the staff didnt seem stressed or anything they were still very nice and asked how my day was and was just extremely nice.i will be going back for sure. Not only for the food but for the customer service. U cant find customer service like that anywhere. The girl that worked drivethru window may 19 2018 at 9 at night was who I dealt with. She was awesome and my first impression of the place is great because of her. If only there were more people in the restaurant industry like her thanks very much for the great experience

Amazing service. Needed some help with getting some coupons for a school function. Not only was the cashier extremely helpful, but when they realized they didnt have enough for what I wanted the cashier came up with an idea and the owner signed off on it immediately. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I asked for. It feels really good to know that there is this type of business in our community. They have my business for life!

Id say I visit this place pretty often, sometimes for myself and sometimes to grab an ice cream cake for an event at work. The staff is always friendly and they never seem to mind decorating a cake on the fly, even when they are busy! Food is always good, as is the ice cream and service.

I asked for an owl birthday cake for my 12 year old daughter. Dairy Queen nailed it with a black and white realistic owl. I’m amazed! She absolutely loved it. Thanks soo much DQ we always get our cakes here! I’ll attach a photo of I can. It’s awesome!

The absolute best chocolate malts!! My first real job was at dairy queen in 1982 and I loved every minute of it.

Prices are just extremely high for a single treat. We mostly buy the ice cream from the grocery store where we get more for our money. Think profits would be higher with lower prices causing rise in number of customers each day.
