Quick & easy, since most of the process is handled online anyway.. there is very little room for issues at the car vending machine. Alexa was so incredible as the sales rep to help me check out, answering all my questions, & even provided a few helpful suggestions. Would definitely recommend!

Sold our 2014 Jeep Latitude to Carvana today and I was amazed at how simple the process actually was. It literally took only a few minutes to answer questions and provide pictures etc. We received a very fair offer in minutes that exceeded Kelly Blue Book, CarGurus and a couple other dealerships as well. Carvana scheduled a pick up date and time, and sent a reminder message confirming our appointment. The Carvana representative arrived on time, thoroughly checked out the vehicle, had me sign papers (power of attorney) , I provided them the vehicle title and they presented me with a preprinted check for the amount we agreed upon. The representative was very professional, answered any questions that I had, and thanked me at the end. The entire process took maybe 20 minutes. I would highly recommend you consider Carvana if you're looking to sell your gently used vehicle without the hassle of trying to negotiate. Carvana definitely exceeded my expectations.

Wow, talk about a painless transaction. Just sold my car to Carvana, Vivian was the lady that came to pick it up. I was given a window of 2pm-5pm, she arrived around 230pm. She contacted me a few times to update her arrival time. She did a quick inspection and test drive, came inside my home to finish up the paperwork.
Vivian was polite, friendly, and most of all professional. The next car I buy will be from Carvana for sure. I might even get it out of the vending machine.

Okay, okay I got a New Benz with low miles and warranty. I drive semi trucks for a living, and I didn't really have time to sit at the dealership. So, I ordered the car online, and went to test drive it. The car drives very brand new, and Looks good and a gas saver. It has all the whistles and bells that I wanted and the car IS affordable!
* Bring a mechanic with you, and if the car doesn't need any work on it. Keep it, and drive into the sunset. If you want to have your car delivered, that's fine. But, I needed to physically put my hands on it. That's just my preference, because if you don't like the car. While, your at carvana you can switch up the car right there (same day). It's an easy process and if your working and have proof of income on bank statements. You can pick out your own down payment for what ever vehicle you can afford. No reference name or number, No apartment lease or mortgage statements to show 😏😉, cash rules at carvana, and not everyone's review apply to all. But, with alright to bad credit, you can pull up and pick out what you want (I would recommend carvana to everyone) Don't knock them down, until you try them 💯👍🏽

My experience was from selling a car to carvana. I elected to drop the car off at their oakbrook location to get the maximum amount. The price appraised on their website was the price on the check. All paperwork is via Adobesign. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
