I never usually write reviews, but Emina was so amazing that I felt I needed to! She was so kind to me, she went above and beyond to make sure I had the best shopping experience. It’s clear she cares about her customers and their satisfaction. I look forward to returning to this store just because of her!

Enjoyed my shopping experience today. Store manager was very patient and helpful with me in trying to find outfits for a vacation. Customer service is important to me and it was definitely shown!

This review is solely for Neeka who was working on the sales floor. I had entered an online order which was delayed (it should have processed by tonight but I get it, things happen). I was already at the mall though. So I decided to grab the items myself since it was so late and just cancel the online order. She helped me find several of my items and made sure to honor the prices that I would have had with the online order. I'm sure it was a pain but she didn't seem bothered at all and was so kind about not making me come back tomorrow. Thank you Neeka!!

A gentleman with glasses was only the one at the cashier register. He kept saying to customers “Sorry for the wait, I’m the one who’s at cashier.” Shopping experienced was pleasant because of HIM! I love shopping at Express.

I had a difficult return and was discouraged when getting to process a return over the phone. I shop allot here so I started losing faith but Alexa/Alixa in the store was being helpful. Not sure if she's the manager but if she's not she should be. definition of above and beyond, and the corporate representative that she spoke to seemed to be amazing as well.
