Darlene and Anna located on the third floor are both phenomenal, friendly, kind women. My friend, Darlene and I received outstanding service from both of them. I had to return a coat, Darlene helped me find it in a smaller size, Anna made sure I still paid the same price. I’m so Thankful! What’s cute is my name is Anna and my friends name is Darlene and we given outstanding service by Darlene and Anna on the 3rd floor of Macy’s

My favorite Macy’s in Chicagoland! I’m amazed they haven’t tried remodeling their exterior. I bet it hasn’t been touched since Marshall Field’s opened it in the early 60s! It’s still a great four level Macy’s though!

Great store. Excellent service from the fragrance department as well as suit department. Rita was extremely helpful in finding a suit. Very grateful that she was there to help. She went out of her way to find the right sizes up and down the stairs.

This review is for CORINNE in home goods. She was amazing. And helped us get the right bedding. She was also able to find us good savings as well. She was sweet, courteous and informative.

I went shopping to Macy's and I was met with a lovely, smart, and accurate worker called Rasha, Sabbagh. She immediately let me to what I wanted with recommendations that i loved. She was lovely and polite, so I was very satisfied with her customer service. Me and my family were looking for winter clothes and she led us to the perfect place. She was full of options and recommendations. Overall she was one of the best Macy’s workers I’ve ever met.

Crystal was great help at the jewelry counter helping me look for watches, and letting me try them on. Helped me with a price range as well! Left with nothing but came out with a good experience.

Place to go for a mattress! I got a great deal! Sabin was the best Mattress Sales Associate. He listened to what I wanted and my budget and pointed me in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to purchase from.

Great deal today 70% off name brand Men's overcoat. Andrew in the Men's suit section was phenomenal. Andrew's customer service was exceptional and he was very well versed on sizing. Overall great experience.

Macys is my favorite big store to shop at. This Macys specifically is awesome. I buy a lot of gifts here for my wife, sons and daughters. The store itself is very classy and very well maintained with professional very pleasant staff.

We came to the Oakbrook Macy's in hopes of finding a suit, and we met Diane who sized my husband for his shirt, and she went above and beyond. She explained the whole process of the Macy's card, along with the perks that come with the card. She nicely package my husband's suit, and ordered a pair of slacks online and selected an option to have them shipped to our home. Diane in the suit department was amazing and provided quality customer service. Thanks for all your help Diane.

We came here looking for a cologne for a friend and we were helped by Linda at the men’s fragrance. Her service was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient and made several good suggestions. She was so happy and you can definitely tell she sincerely enjoys helping others. I highly recommend her if your needing any assistance!!

My salesperson was extremely helpful. She definitely takes her job seriously. She was so energetic from the moment I stepped up to the counter until she handled me my bag. I can’t pronounce her name, but I will remember her, if I saw her again. Great job.
