This Barnes and Noble location is fantastic. It has two levels, a Starbucks Cafe, a great children’s book section with a play area, oodles and oodles of books and a great staff. I was looking for a hard-to-find novel. The associate I asked to help quickly did a search and answered my question. I will visit this location again.

Great place to find books that you love. There are all kinds of books for every person, from toddlers to elderly.
The ambience in the store is really nice with pleasant music in the background, well laid out and labelled aisles.
We had lost a purse and they kept it safe and gave it back to us when we got to look for it.
Having a Starbucks in the store is an added bonus as you sit and read for hours there.
The flooring on the second floor shakes when people walk on it, it's stable but wish they decrease the shaking.

This fantastic book store in oakbrook shopping mall stands as a monument for all things that are good and can be good with humanity! The lofty vaulted ceiling with skylights give us all the knowledge that the written word and the thousands and thousands of books contained within this store, show the diverse ideas we each can have. The store is very well organized, and contains books every genre adults all the way down to infants toys games and other items. The staff are very helpful, and friendly. Schools should be taking children on field trips to book stores to help them understand the power of the written word.

This is a nice and big two-story Barnes & Noble location. There is a fireplace on the bottom level and the café is on the upper level. The book selection is big. It was nice to work on things while sipping on some coffee.

The store is well laid out so you can pop in and out quickly if you know what you're looking for - but the selection is massive, so you can slowly peruse the shelves if you're looking to get mentally lost in a bookstore. I wish there were more hardcover books - but I get that they're targeting a price point and an audience.

Had my first experience at their cafe in at Starbucks inside this Barnes and Noble.

I decided to try their grilled cheese sandwich, and wow, I was blown away! The perfect blend of gooey cheese and crispy soft and buttery bread.

And the frozen coffee, oh my goodness, as if they froze the essence of coffee and put it in a cup. It was really refreshing and the taste of caramel and vanilla made my stomach jumping for joy. 😊 ☕ ❄

After your meal you will be rejuvenated to spend hours looking 👀 through all the aisles of different books 📚. This place is huge so be sure you have your comfy shoes to walk and gawk at their massive stock of toys, notebooks, trinkets, and novels.

Amazing store all around! Helpful staff, organized displays, and of course the amazing smell of book when you walk in. This is the best Barnes and noble I’ve ever been to. Holly went out of her way to make sure we got our “free Stow & Go” and called us personally to let us know when to come pick it up. 6 stars if I could!

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Super friendly. The displays were neat and they had really good sales too. Books were in good condition, not store-worn

Ordered a book held to be picked up for Christmas gift giving. I was notified by text it was ready and was in and out of the packed store in 5 minutes. Great, helpful, cheerful staff.

Great selection of books . Lot of gifts to choose from as well. Starbucks inside to enjoy a book with coffee. Nice fireplace to sit and preview a book.

Barnes and Noble is a great book store with a variety of functions. The clerks are knowledgeable, understanding, and kinds.

Great, helpful staff and cosy environment. I recommend visiting the small coffee bar on the second floor

Always a cute trip to go on and I can always find a witchcraft book or something metaphysical or about nature. I like buying their nu-metal and alternative CDs here. 💿

Love Melissa Albert's books. Can't wait for her next release, The Bad Ones. Clerk immediately knew the author and walked us straight to her books.

Love that if they don't have what you're looking for, they will research it and order it for you, or what's the nearest store that has it.

I love it because you are able to visually see products and everything is not online or Amazon , it's the fact that you can touch the items and meet people, the customer service was great.
