I needed several packages packed and mailed recently and all arrived in perfect condition. Two pieces sent to New Jersey were odd shaped, very fragile and had sentimental memories. Both arrived in perfect condition. All packages arrived in perfect condition.

I love this place, staff is always friendly, they have reasonable hours and fair prices. I love that I can access my mail whenever I need to with after hours keypad on the door.

When you need a special something for someone. They have it!!!!!! Custom gift wrapping paper. They helped me, and my granddaughter is going to love her birthday gift wrapping paper, plus the gifts, lol.

I was recommended to this business when I needed to ship a very valuable item that required a lot of care and customization in how it was handled. The owner and his employee were incredibly generous in working with me and the level of care and consideration they put into my items needs. We also got into a conversation about the wines that he stocks and supplies while we went through this process and what became obvious through my interaction is his (the owner's) careful consideration and effort in everything he does. The entire process from end to end was done with care and professionalism.

I will be returning for the following reasons:
- I know that whatever my shipping needs are that the owner will ensure that they are perfectly met.
- In a time when local businesses are going through difficult circumstances they should be given priority for the services they provide whenever we as consumers can afford it. They add a distinctive local flavor to our community, and Pack and Mail Plus does this to a great degree.
- The wine... the owner really knows his stuff.

I’ve gotten great service every time I’ve been in. The pricing on my business mailbox is very low compared to what I was paying. Didn’t know until I went inside that there is also a wine shop that has a small but really diverse selection from around the world.

On Monday afternoon I came in with an oddly shaped, one of a kind gift for my best friend Dawn 😊 anyway.....she lives in Santa Rosa. I explained that the item was very special and contained some of her mother's ashes. When Dawn opened the box today it was so well wrapped and all items were in perfect condition.

Great place to mail packages, friendly, personalized service, but even better is that he REALLY knows his wines! Made it a fun experience to do a mundane task. Class act!

I've liked the service and have used it for mailings for years. Its always been professional and friendly, kind of like a small town post office where I grew up. Today I met the new owner(past 3 years) peter. He was very pleasant and made me feel good about the short visit we had.

Been using their services and prefer it over the UPS Store. Always have gotten expeditious help with the packages I have sent out. Like that I get an email copy of all my transactions and make it easy to track or forward the information detail to whomever I sent the item to. Keep up the great customer services!

We had a mailbox with Pack & Mail Plus for about a year and were very happy with their service. There was either no wait or only a short wait to pick up packages. They're very organized and friendly. It was a pleasure stopping by there. Also we never had mis-delivered in our box so felt very secure about our own personal mail being delivered correctly. (This has not always been the case with other PO box entities.)
We highly recommend this business.

The Post Office in Port Orchard is HORRIBLE. So when I realized I could go somewhere else close to me I was so excited to never have to give them my busniess AGAIN!
