My little senior dog had a "cyst" that turned out to be cancer. He had ECT treatments with Dr. Tripp and almost a year later, he seems to be cancer free! We were both treated with kindness and respect. They have an efficient and cheerful office staff too! I'd highly recommend them!!

In April I noticed he was holding his left hind leg off the ground, we took him to the vet the beginning of May and he was diagnosed with a soft tissue injury initially. About three weeks later we learned he had cancer and our vet referred us to BARC. I felt immediately calmed and cared for when making Riley's first appointment with Dr. Tripp and Dr. Murray. The folks answering the phone are always so helpful and kind. Riley had surgery July 15th and has made a wonderful recovery! It was difficult not being able to go in with him to his appointments but during our zoom meetings with the doctors I felt so secure with our decision to move forward with his amputation. I loved how Dr. Tripp explained our options as far as chemotherapy for dogs and what Riley's quality of life would be like. I want to thank Dr. Murray for talking to me on the phone a couple times during those first few weeks of Riley's recovery. I'm thankful that in all that sadness and chaos we were able to have the opportunity to enroll Riley in Four-Paws research to help other people and animals in the future. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. To this day when Riley goes back for follow ups he gets excited to see the people who saved his life. We cannot thank you enough.

I am very impressed with my experience at Barc and especially Dr. Ferguson. About a year and a half ago my babygirl Mia was diagnosed with Lymphoma. She was told by her local vet in Ferndale that she would have 1-2 months to live. We were able to get a quick appointment with Barc in Edmonds. They were very thorough with their diagnosis and chemotherapy plan they would start her on to try and fight the cancer and help extend her life comfortably. The staff here are exceptional. They always went out of their way to make sure my nervous babygirl was getting lots of love, gave her treats and took extra time out of their day to say hi and check-in with us. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants their fur baby in good hands. Out of my entire experience with them and the roller coasters we experienced with Mia’s diagnosis, blood work changing all the time, thymoma diagnosis, switching multiple protocols and much more made it feel much easier with the confidence and support the Barc team provided. Mia made it 1 year and 2 months from when she was first diagnosed and I feel so blessed to have that extra time with her. I couldn’t have done it without you all! Thank you for everything including the memory items you went out of your way to provide for our family 💖🐾

I love everything about BARC! Everyone who works there is so caring and helpful to everything we have gone through with our furbaby being diagnosed with cancer. Our dog went through amputation, and chemo. The whole process went so smoothly. I am so glad that we found BARC! I refer them to anyone I can!

I brought one of our dogs here for a CT scan. It was easy to drop him off, professional staff, easy pick up. Quality report with the imaging. It’s expensive, but it’s a CT scan for a dog, so what do you expect? the surgeon who looked at the report later said the report was well done and had a lot of detail that was helpful to him, so I appreciated that. We were also able to get in here a lot faster for the scan than anywhere else in the Seattle metro area. Recommended and would use them again if needed.

In 2015 (or 16, not sure) our dog Angel was diagnosed with a nasty carcinoma that was discovered by our vet in her mouth. He referred us to Dr. Tripp at BARC. We were literally told she wouldn't last until Christmas and this was in October. Dr. Tripp felt otherwise and we began the journey of fighting this cancer with her. Dr. Tripp was nothing short of a miracle worker, the cancer was gone, and our Angel was back to herself.

I wanted to tell our story of how we got here briefly because as its now 2018, we had a couple of more great years with our girl thanks to everyone at BARC, and Dr. Tripp in particular.

We lost Angel in March. Our family is still grieving the loss as she was a beloved member of our family. She was 15 and it was just her time. Instead of having her life shortened a bit, BARC made it possible for her to have a couple of more good years.

I wanted to thank everyone at BARC. Especially the love they showed by honoring Angel with a gravestone. I can't begin to tell you what that meant to us. Our family will always be grateful to BARC.

Don't give up if your dog or cat has been diagnosed with Cancer. Visit BARC.. Talk to Dr. Tripp. They will do everything to help you understand what it is that can be done to fight it and set you on a track to possibly saving the life of your pet.

We will miss Angel, and were truly blessed by her. Thank You Dr. Tripp and everyone at BARC for making that possible.

My sweet Percy has passed away, but the care, love and compassion we received from Dr Tripp and her team during his treatment was amazing.

If you are reading this review, you’ve probably just received some tough news about your companion animal. Unfortunately I can’t tell you that everything will be OK, but I can tell you that the BARC team is who you want in your corner for this fight.

In the initial consultation Dr. Tripp reviewed how our dog’s cancer would be evaluated, and how that would direct other treatment. I was impressed at her ability to communicate clearly without skimping on the science. We left with a much better picture of the prognosis, a plan for what should done next, and a map of the paths after that.

For us, the next step was surgery done by Dr. Murray. As a pet parent it is hard to know if a surgeon is going to do (or has done) a good job. But the pre-op and post-op protocols that Dr. Murray used showed me her care and attention to detail, which I’m sure she applied to the activities we couldn’t see as well.

Thee doctors handling the continuing care have continued in the examples set by Dr. Tripp. They’ve provided clear but detailed information, happily answered our questions, and modified treatment plans based on our input.

We’ve only visited BARC after COVID-19 precautions were in place. But they have done a great job figuring out how to make car-side consultations work, and have continually improved their systems and process.

BARC is amazing. I wish I didn't have to bring my cat here, but since I do, I'm so grateful for the kindness and knowledge of all of the staff. Dr. Tripp is kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable about cancer treatments for cats. When you send an email about your pet's condition, they get back to you the same day. I can't say enough good things about this place.

My mom is taking her cat here for bladder cancer treatments. The staff, especially Dr. Tripp, are always so caring and supportive every time my mom calls or visits with the cat. Dr. Tripp was also extremely thorough in listing all of the options that my mom had in treating her cat's cancer. She is very realistic but also very compassionate about all of the routes they could take. There is a reason this clinic has so many high ratings, they are truly the best. I would not let my mom take her cat anywhere else.

In November I took my little girl to the vet thinking she had an infection. Within a few minutes, her vet let me know that my Haley had Lymphoma and without specialized treatment she would only have a few weeks. I was utterly devastated, she’s been my best friend and my only family family member for 11 years, ever since she was a puppy.

I did ALLOT of research and looked into all the oncologists in Washington, Idaho and Oregon. In everything that I found, BARC was the best and had the most advanced treatments. I made an appointment for Haley, from the first phone call I knew I made the right choice. An appointment was made for a consultation and at that consultation I was given all the information I needed and she had her first treatment.

Haley and I have been making the two hour trip to Edmonds from Blaine either once a week or every other week for months. The team there is always caring and compassionate, between taking care of my friend with end stage cancer and working three jobs I’m sometimes late to appointments but the team there is always understanding and accommodating.

Haley may not have the best odds as far as cancers go but I am beyond grateful for all the extra time BARC has given us. These folks are the best, I’m so glad to have them in our lives!

Brought in my 12 year old Beagle recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr. Tripp was knowledgeable and explained the situation and possible treatment options thoroughly. I highly recommend. The entire staff from reception to the Vet tech who took our dog's history to the cashier all demonstrated compassion and excellent client service.

Really great staff and vets. Our dog got his Cancer Survivor bandana after finishing up his CHOP protocol. They make a tough situation much more manageable.

This is the place to go if your pet has cancer. They treat you and your pet like family. Everyone here is so kind and they genuinely care about their patients. Abby was always treated with love & respect and so were we. They did everything they could to make sure that we knew what was happening every step of the way. Unfortunately for us, Abby didn't get better. Dr. Tripp and the staff fought the cancer as hard as Abby did, but that particular kind of cancer doesn't give you much of a chance to survive it.
Thanks to the Drs. at our primary vet and Dr. Tripp we got a one more Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's with Abby. That means everything to my family. We will never forget the kindness and caring that these wonderful people heaped on us during an awful diagnosis. They were exactly what we and Abby needed.

Having a pet get cancer is one of the toughest things I've ever experienced. I went to several vets and wasn't satisfied with the information I was getting. I ended up at BARC and I'm so glad I did. They gave me detailed information on what was going on with my cat Stray as well as all the possible treatment options. I wasn't expecting a cure as my cats cancer has spread, but I walked away feeling better that I knew what was going on as well as my options. They gave me peace of mind during a really hard time.

The only place I trust for cancer care for my beloved Boston Terrier, Gussy.

Every single person/Doctor on staff has been unfailingly kind, willing to explain things repeatedly, and dealt with my anxiety like pros. 100% worth driving long distances and paying extra for their care!

Everyone here has been fantastic! Our dog has a very aggressive form of breast cancer and it was a huge shock for us. She's only 8 years old and this was the last thing we expected. Our regular vet referred us to BARC and Dr. Tripp for an oncology consultation. Dr. Tripp has been a blessing! She gave us all of our options for treatment and was very honest about the prognosis for Abby. We opted to start electrochemotherapy and then oral chemo. It hasn't been perfect or easy, but we knew that going in. The one truly good thing in all of this has been the way we & Abby have been treated by everyone at BARC and I mean Everyone! From the first phone call on, they have all been patient, professional, kind and truly wonderful!

The doctors and staff at BARC are some of the hardest working, kindest, most compassionate veterinary specialists I've ever met. They work, day in and day out, in one of the most challenging, and rewarding fields imaginable. If your pet has cancer, BARC will give you the best chance at meaningful treatment.
