My daughter says the salt and vinegar fries are Bussin And I have to agree The staff are extremely nice because when my daughter asked for plain cheese nachos when they were on the menu, they specially made them for her

Everything we’ve had here has been excellent. My favorite is the bacon and blue cheese burger (no bun for glutes free). They are very gluten knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Delicious, fresh food! Highly recommend the Nacho Dorito Wrap....tastes like the most delicious taco salad ever! Waffle fries appetizer is a must-have as well. You can substitute regular fries with the wrap for garlic parm fries with aioli-highly recommend also!

The atmosphere is everything dog related and the cutest ever! Great gem of a restaurant downtown you don't want to miss!

Excellent attention to detail. Best gin and tonic in town so far. Summer sipper with a shot of vodka added was great. Bacon bleu burger tops any others I’m town hands down. Fries were piping hot and awesome. Onion rings were the type that don’t pull the entire onion out in the first nibble. Honestly best food and drinks I’ve found in town so far. Outdoor seating and staff are 5/5.

My wife and I each had a different flavor of the Smash Burger. They were great! Good drinks and reasonable prices. The service was excellent.

Went with a party of 4 at @ 6 pm, only a 5 minute wait to be seated. I had the caprese burger with parmesan garlic fries. Both were awesome, and the portion size was definitely in line with their pricing. A great selection of on tap beer and drinks were fast and the service by Kim was excellent. Would definitely go back and absolutely recommend to anyone looking for good eats around Bangor!!!

Relaxed establishment! It’s policy not to rush people/ have customers feel uncomfortable with a waitlist of people waiting for their table! How refreshing!
Also, the food is great! Salads, wraps, nachos all generously portioned and are well balanced and have the right amount of sauces/dressings.
Drinks are also well-balanced. Enjoyable to drink-not sickly sweet and not offensively strong-perfect.
Highly recommend as a place for friends!

This place was incredible- the food was divine (especially, but definitely not limited to, the garlic parm fries), the atmosphere was fun, and our server was delightful. Cannot recommend enough, and I'm sad I was only able to eat here once on my trip! My only complaint is the kitchen closes significantly before the bar does, so it's not a place for late night eats.

The Lazy Hound is one of Bangor’s gems. Their delicious, innovative weekly specials are not to miss, and their regular menu is consistently satisfying. Everything is fresh, delicious, and of the highest quality. The staff is friendly and attentive, their drink menu is unique, with something for everyone. The decor is filled with the cutest pictures of dogs from around town. I can’t say enough about this place, the packed house speaks for itself. It’s worth every penny and every minute. Van mentioned the Caesar Salad and it is the best on this side of the Mississippi. I’ve had it 3 times and am excited for my 4th.

I'm in love with Brittany ❤😘! Steak and cheese is sooo amazing!!! Naan bread? I think that's what it's called?? So good. It's probably a good thing I live an hour and a half away.. I'd be broke eating there every day. Absolutely love everything about the place. Oh, and I can't forget to mention these meatball sub wrap thingies (pretty sure if you say it just like that, they'll know what you're talking about) are also very tasty.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! The food is fantastic and the drinks are deliciously strong!!! Had a burger which they made into a Greek Burger and hands down was the BEST burger I've ever had!!! (only bad thing is that I forgot to take my leftovers with me after they were nice enough to make a custom Burger for me! So sorry guys! Kinda rude of me but believe me, I was devastated when I realized I had forgotten it!) Go check the place out!! you wont be disappointed!

Comfort food at its finest. Portions were huge, and service was right on time. There is something for everyone on the menu. Highly recommend with an extra touch of nostalgia if you’re a dog lover ❤

My wife and I went to dinner tonight. She had the classic burger and I had the philly cheese steak. Both were delicious. The cheese steak is huge so I have lunch tomorrow. Karen and Brittany are so nice and tend to your needs. A definitely a nice place to go to.

Phenomenal menu. Great service. Incredible atmosphere. You cannot go wrong.

Sauces made from scratch. Be sure to ask for them all so you can dip your parmesan fries, seasoned waffles fries, or salt and vinegar fries in each deliciously prepared sauce. I don’t even really enjoy curry but the curry sauce was so tasty. Absolutely love the bbq and garlic aioli!

Steak and cheeses are the best you can get in this town. Super hearty! You won’t regret ordering one. The bread is phenomenal and each bite is bursting with consistent mouthwatering flavor.

Smash burgers are local never frozen and hand made.

The serving sizes are very generous and everything is so well made that it holds up well to bring home and heat up later (even the fries).

Service is great and the atmosphere is refreshing and so warm.
