We are visiting from Chicago and noticed all the reviews so we had to try the sandwiches here. The reviews are NOT wrong. We had the turkey and havarti cheese sandwich with fig spread and the hot ham, egg and cheese. They were awesome!! The owner is so friendly! It’s a must eat here.

What a find! We had the the egg and sausage and roast beef sandwiches. OMG they were fresh and flavorful, I watched the owner make them. He was super friendly and had a great conversation while we ate. Highly recommend!

The chai, bacon egg sandwich, avocado toast and London fog were wonderfully delicious! The family is wonderful and friendly! Very satisfied! A wonderful start to our morning!

This place is a hidden gem. 10/10 recommend. The owner is absolutely amazing, so incredibly kind & friendly, & makes amazing food & coffees. Couldn’t recommend this place more. You’ll be taken care of here & all w the view of the space needle. 😋💯

Doesn’t look like much but so good! Order a breakfast sandwich, turkey sandwich, coffee and pastries and so much better than a regular coffee shop. The sandwiches are made to order so you aren’t getting this plain Jane thing wrapped in paper. Highly recommend for to go but sitting in was nice to enjoy the sandwiches fresh and coffee in a mug.

Im visiting Seattle and needed somewhere with easy parking, a light breakfast,and coffee. I stopped here only because of the reviews.

I met a phenomenal human being, Ronnie, who owns and runs the spot. He made me a perfect mocha with oat milk, which is hard to do, and a perfect latte for my wife. We got breakfast burritos, which are worth a visit for those alone.

Every detail was perfect. The tortilla was perfectly crisped on the grill, the ingredients were all evenly distributed, it wasn't too big of a burrito but it wasn't too small either. It managed to be generous with protein but not greasy. Perfectly balanced! I wasn't prepared for how good it was ahahah.

And the cherry on top is that the burritos were the right price too.

If I lived here I'd stop by once a week, every week.

Fantastic little coffee shop ran by an amazing human. The breakfast sandwiches are so good, we came twice on our trip to Seattle. He makes everything fresh, it’s so tasty! Highly recommend!

I’ve been here a handful of times and it never disappoints. The food is incredible, the coffee is good, and the conversation with Ronnie, however brief, is always a delight. Dude is running a gem of a place. If you haven’t been here, do yourself a favor and swing by. Ronnie’s a one-man show, so you might have a few people ahead of you in line, but in my experience he’s still about as quick as can be to get your order out. Bottom line: Especially if you’re looking for a chill vibe, come hang with Ronnie and get some breakfast.

THIS was So worth the walk from the children's museum!!! The owner was absolutely amazing to our family. I got my mom a coffee and he didn't know her favorite flower was a tulip and that's what he created on the top of the marvelous mocha. Not only that, but the avocado toast was so delicious with an egg on it!! You also get the view of the Seattle needle! It's beautiful! COME warm up and visit. It's above the QFC!

Stopped by Konvene with a friend and found a new favorite spot! The food and coffee is delicious, and the owner is so friendly! He cooks everything and makes all the coffee and is awesome and great to chat with! The prices are also great compared so other places I’ve been in the city. Will be coming back again and again :)

I got the London fog and ham egg sandwich with added avocado. Both were really good. The london fog was not too hot, warm and creamy tasting. Nice earl grey flavor. The ham egg sandwich was also really good, the bread was warm and soft, ham was not too salty and pretty thick. Egg was perfectly done. Didn't skimp on the avocado. Would definitely order both these items again. My friend got the avocado toast with an egg on top which she also really liked. Gave a good amount of avocado and the arugula and peppers on top complimented the flavors. For her drink she got a cold brew which she said was pretty good as well.

This place gets a 5 because the cook/cashier really tries to chat with you and make it friendly. He also knows how to make a great bacon breakfast burrito.

So happy we visited! We were looking for a local coffeeshop within walking distance to the Seattle Center and this was the perfect spot. Quiet location tucked above the grocery store. The turkey sandwich with fig jam was SO GOOD. Service was quick, the guy behind the counter (I think he was the owner?) was very kind, personable, and had great vibes. The prices are super affordable compared to a lot of other spots nearby. Definitely visit!!!

One of the best coffee and burritos I have ever had in the US. It’s obvious that the person who worked there genuinely love their work, and trust me, you can taste the difference. I know a lot of people come the Seattle to taste the OG Starbucks, but this store has a way better coffee, food and service. Period.

I had just landed from a flight for a long tourist weekend with no scheduled things. No agenda. Just get lost. I found this place while waiting for my timed entry to the space needle and this is a true gem and a representation of what the warmth of a “city vibe” Is. The coffee was great. The breakfast sandwich was amazing. The real highlight of the experience was the laid back and cool owner/operator of the shop. He gave me some great conversation and great food. Got some recommendations for my exploring. This is more than just a quick bite, this was a great little escape and some amazing quality food coming out of that kitchen.

If I ever find my way back to Seattle I’ll definitely make my way back.

Flew into Seattle from Florida and this was our first meal together as a group! We saw it was rated very highly for breakfast and gave it a try.

Located on the 2nd floor above a grocery store, all by its lonesome… WOWZERS!

Food was the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time, everyone that got coffee / drinks enjoyed it and their baked sweets were astounding!

The gentlemen taking orders was very hardworking and efficient. The only constructive criticism i’d like to give is to not have him be by himself. He was taking orders, making the food, brewing the coffee beverages and running the register, the whole Shazam. Just having one extra person there to alleviate some of the responsibilities would of made the experience that much better via efficiency. We had to wait over 10 mins to order with just us in line and close to half an hour for the last person in our party to receive their food (the rest of us finished by the time he got his food).

But outside of waiting it was 100% worth it and I wanted to come back if we had another day.

I'm so glad I found this place while I was in Seattle for a vacation. If you're closer to the Space Needle, please head to this place for a delicious kickstart to your day. I ordered their Lil Pepper lemon toast, half veggie sandwich, latte and an americano. Everything about this place is awesome, from the food to the people, you won't leave this place without a smile. The place has so much warmth and friendliness, I bet you won't find a cafe like this. I'm coming again :)

5 years later update: STILL HERE AND STILL BOMB. Somehow this shop has not only stayed consistent, but gotten even better. Breakfast sandwiches are made fresh / to order on a flat top. This is not your pre-made reheated mushy bread and overcooked egg. Stop reading this and go right now.

Love this place. Intimate little coffee spot nestled above QFC, of all places. The staff are consistently delightful, the breakfast sandwiches are made with a great deal of care...when I was here today I saw the barista forming sausage patties to-order. I went with bacon myself, but was not disappointed. Things aren’t corporate coffeehouse efficient, but the personality and the quality more than makes up the difference.

One note of caution (or another positive, depending on your taste): they use Slate coffee beans, which some people love, but I find to be a little too fruit-forward personally. Regardless, I’m a big fan and highly recommend you stop by.

Best avocado toast I’ve had! More than that the ability to connect with the owner/operator is one of my favorite things 🖤 great atmosphere, food, and service.
