Most staff was very pleasant. One of the techs was not the nicest but she did mention working without a break. She just felt rushed. She did help me get up a little after my exam by allowing me to grab on to a bar. COVID times makes it tough, it would have been nice to get an arm to get help getting up as my back locked up (whole reason for MRI was of my back).The one asked me how I was doing during my MRI was very sweet and her voice was very calming. I was very anxious as I am claustrophobic and my prior MRI experience years ago was horrible. This machine here was so much better. I did take Ativan to help me relax beforehand. Like the review before me, I did not feel like it was the cleanest in the bathroom or changing area but otherwise wasn't to bad. I would most likely go here again for imaging if needed.

Over the past 15 years I've had four MRIs here. The first three were very good experiences. The most recent one (November 2021) was OK but not great. I'm in excruciating back pain and have trouble lying down or sitting up. After the MRI was over, one of the technicians came out and asked me if I needed help getting up. I said yes. The tech just stood there and did nothing. Wasn't sure if they heard me so I said "Can you please help me up?" The tech just looked at me and did nothing. So I did my best to get up without assistance but it took a while and was very painful. Seemed really weird for the tech to ask if I needed help and then basically refuse to give me help. Also, I noticed that the ceiling tiles in the MRI room still have the same huge disgusting water stains they had when I was there for my last MRI four years ago. That is not confidence inspiring. How hard is it to properly maintain your roof and your ceiling? And if you can't or won't maintain them, where else are you cutting corners? Makes you wonder...

The staff was incredibly friendly and communicated well. I trust they know their stuff when it comes to imaging. I'm giving only 3 stars because the place was strikingly dirty. While their Covid practices were fine, there was dirt everywhere - on the ceiling above the MRI machine, in the floor of the bathroom (where I was barefoot as they didn't provide slippers), there was visible dust all throughout the place. In before times I may not have minded, but these days cleanliness seems more important than ever.

I just called and they said they don't have a location in Scarborough (wth???) so that needs to be fixed ASAP

The service was fine day-of, and my images got where they needed to go. But three months later I'm still receiving bills in the mail in error--my bill has been paid in full, but their billing company keeps asking me for more money. It feels fraudulent and gives me the creeps--how many people have paid these bills without thinking to ask? I've wasted some time (and stress) on the phone, but that's nothing compared to the extra few hundred dollars they've asked me for. I wouldn't go again.

Always behind on times. Might as well show up an hour late and consider it on time.
