Oak Hill Ace Hardware

I love this Ace store for many reasons - it has everything, great location, and exceptionally helpful staff.

This morning I needed to find a tiny screw to repair a clasp on a leather bag - Jack not only found exactly what I needed, he also reassembled the clasp. Outstanding customer service / thank you!

A very well organized store with all of your home repair items. Lots of parking right outside the door.

I find it difficult now to shop in stores because of limited mobility. These are the nicest, most accommodating people you could ever hope to do business with. Now just now with the CO VID accommodations, but always since I have done business with them for the last 17 years.

This hardware store is nearby, so convenience is a factor here, but I appreciate the service - everyone is always willing to help and asking if you need it. You never have to seek someone out. If you don't need help, they don't bother you either. The selection is good, the prices are good, and it is just a generally pleasant experience whether you are just looking or need to make a purchase.

I needed parts for a hydrant, Home Depot said I could not get parts and I would have to replace the whole unit. The guy's attitude put me on edge and I walked out. Went to Ace and talked to Dave, I left as a happy customer.

Great service and I always find what I'm looking for. Love the new layout of the store and they're decked out now for the holidays. Great place to pick up a gift!

Fantastic neighborhood hardware. Staff is always so helpful and they carry so much more than you’d expect. My fav is the little bulk birdseed section.

Oak Hill,has a wider selection of products than Broadturn Ace Hardware.For my money and in my opinion both are Top Shelf places!!
