The solar installation crew from Laplante was exceptional. They showed up ready to work, explained everything and answered all of my questions. They cleaned everything up when they finished working and did a final check in with us to answer any questions/concerns before they departed. They were a great crew to work with and I would highly recommend LaPlante to my friends and family. As a matter of fact I already have done that!

LaPlante as a whole is super professional, friendly and efficient - from the folks in the office to the electricians in my home, every single person was great & I highly recommend scheduling work with them. I needed a house generator plug installed plus various other jobs on a punch list. Wayne was the lead guy & Norm worked on the job as well - awesome guys, I would welcome them for future work. Wayne did a great job with my estimate and taking care of all the details from start to finish - I’d ask for him by name in the future. The communication is excellent and every message was prompt & complete. Most importantly they showed up exactly when they said they would, which is no small thing these days. Very highly recommend these folks.😎

These people were on it from the get go to completion of installation, even with my last minute modification of the plan. Competent, careful, and courteous install crew covered everything from big stuff to details. And left only after thorough clean up and information session. Highly recommend this company.

We bought a whole house generator through LaPlante and I cannot say enough good things about the whole process. From the initial contact with the sales rep to the crew who did the install it was seamless. Outstanding customer service and detail-oriented. The crew members were polite, friendly, timely and knew their stuff. They helped with the coordination for the propane tank with Dead River and kept me in the loop on all of that. This was the 4th company that I had gone to for an estimate and it was not the lowest, but the service and the way they provide emergency/back up service is outstanding. It was a stressful prospect to be adding a generator, but I am so glad that I went with LaPlante. They made it as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently had LaPlante Electric install a 26kw Generac Generator and have nothing but great things to say about the company. From start to finish they were very professional and kept me informed and updated on the entire process. Other companies were booking estimates a month or more out. LaPlante Electric completed the estimate within a week of calling and installed my generator two weeks after the estimate was completed. Their work looks great and the techs that completed the install were all very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this company and will call them again for future projects.

Had solar panels installed. The team was on time each of the two days. They were all extremely professional and hardworking. Any questions I had were immediately answered and if office input required they were right on it. When the job was finished they did a walk around to make sure the work area was left the way they found it. I was kept informed about the progress and can honestly say that I felt completely confident that the job was appropriately finished. They actually completed sooner than planned because the team worked incredibly efficiently. Highly recommend!! Laplante Electric had installed my generator so I was quite confident I would be extremely satisfied with the solar panel installation.

The trio from LaPlante Electric installed our heat pump. They were prompt and efficient and left the site in perfect condition. From the salesman Scott, to installers, Joe,Michael and Ray we were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. We highly recommend LaPlante Electric.

Dec 2023- LaPlante tech provided generator maintenance and we were very pleased with their technician. 13° F during this effort. Took time to explain the various tasks very professionally and knowledgeable. Left no signs of being here. Cleaned up after himself.

This was my annual system checkup before winter operation. Sean (Thompson) called to verify the appointment and was able to arrive earlier than planned. Sean completed a complete systems check and took the time to review all the operating parameters with me and suggestions for maintaining and operating the system for greater efficiency. I was very pleased with the service visit and with Sean's system knowledge and professionalism.

The LaPlante Electric technicians (Patrick and Andrew) were here today to do our annual maintenance on our generator. I picked their brains with all sorts of questions, as I like to know how things work. They answered all my questions and were super happy to be helpful and inform me. They arrived when they were supposed to and completed the maintenance without a hitch.

Had my generator installed this week. From the initial at-home consultation to the day of installation, LaPlante Electric is top notch when it comes to communication and execution. They arrive when they say they will, they send multiple reminders/updates for upcoming appointments, and they are very thorough with their product knowledge. Very rare to find a company in any line of business that provides 100% satisfaction across the board. 10/10

We were very pleased with LaPlante Electric. We had an idea of what we thought we would need and the electrician had some very good ideas that we implemented. The electrician was efficient, knowledgeable, on time and a great representative of the company.

We just had our generator installed and were really impressed with our installers, Garrett, William, Dan, and Andy. They were friendly and you could tell they knew what they were doing.
Also, Laplante Electric sales rep, Dan Lynch, did an awesome job of giving us the information to decide which generator we needed. We felt no pressure at all.
So glad we went with this company for our power needs.

We just finished a large solar installation and my wife and I have just excellent things to say about LaPlante Electric and their team. From Adam to Olivia, Bob, Rowan, and the entire team who did exactly what they said and without any surprises. They set the install date for November 6th back in late August and were completely done in five days as also planned. Their communication is very good and the workmanship is top notch. They did everything to accommodate our requests about location of panels, conduit, and batteries. We highly recommend them!!

Everyone was pleasant, professional, and did a great job. They actually found a small gas leak inside my house and contacted the propane company to make sure everything got fixed that day so our family was safe. Would highly recommend to anyone. Stress free and quick. Definitely good value.

LaPlante electric has come to service our Mitsubishi heat pumps 3 times in the past year. Overall, their technicians are very knowledgeable, polite, and try to reach a solution as thoroughly as possible. Since Goggin was acquired by them over the last year, it has been a smooth transition for us using their services. They also managed to fix an issue that had existed for three years, and the part was still included under warranty. We appreciate that our heat pumps are working, and in good order!
