I have been with Wilson Tax and Accounting for many years now. They have been very efficient in their work with me. My taxes are VERY complicated and they have a team that is professional, thorough and very knowledgable. I feel confident I am in good hands. I have been going to Wilson Tax Accounting for over five years now for both my personal tax filing and my businesses. They also handle payroll for my staff. They are just amazing! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and help keep us organized & on top of things. Working with them is seamless. I love that I or my staff can pick up the phone and instantly get help and answers to questions as they arise.

I have used Wilson Tax and Accounting through two different businesses for over 25 years. I initially worked with Bob Wilson, the current owner's father, when I opened a small graphic design studio way back when. Bob was one of the kindest people I have ever met and it was a sad day when he passed away. His children, Scott and Kim took over the family business many years ago and it still feels like family. 21 years ago I switched careers and opened a commercial childcare center. At one point I had two locations, a staff of 12 and up to 150 children enrolled between the two sites. Scott and Kim seamlessly adjusted along with me as my business changed and grew. They continued to provide valuable advice as well as high quality tax and payroll services irregardless of what size my business was and they were responsive and caring with any issues that came up. After 21 years in childcare, I decided to retire from running my own business and recently closed my doors. Again, Scott and Kim have been a wonderful and an invaluable resource through the process of closing down, including all the complex knots that were entailed tax wise. The Wilson's really have felt like family as I have grown and changed and finally retired as a business owner. I can't recommend them enough.

I had used QB Online for my bookkeeping and found it lacking. I wanted to have consistency speaking to the same person who understood our payroll needs. I found just that Wilson & Wilson. After over a year of working with them I've found they have excellent service, fair rates and they answer questions promptly. Rachel and the team at W&W do a great job and we look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.

I've been using them for 8 years, usually don't bring them my stuff until 2 weeks before the filing deadline but they always get me squared away. Polite and professional. Highly recommended

We used Wilson Accounting for a couple years before we got fed up and switched. As new business owners we relied on them as experts but they gave us misinformation a few times and were often rude when we had questions. We are still having issues with the IRS years later. It constantly felt like they were making things seem more confusing than necessary and acted like we were stupid. As soon as we found a new tax accountant we stopped having communication issues and now understand our tax requirements.

I used to use Wilson Tax as my accountant. I had a bad experience and wrote a bad review on Yelp. Years later they managed to get the review taken down, ostensibly because it did not provide enough information about my bad experience. As soon as it came down, I got an email from them. I can't imagine how I would appear on their mailing list after all this time and after the bad review I wrote. I can only imagine I was sent the email out of some bad intent - which would be in keeping with my prior experience.

Very poor service. Charged a me a fee for requesting prior W-2 for emailing them over. Would not recommend.

The phone number is wrong and if it’s the right one, the lady who answered refused to attend my questions and asked me in a VERY rude way to end the call…
