Small store with limited selection but the top notch customer service and Canada Goose experience you receive makes up for it. I wanted a color that wasn’t available in store and the staff helped me order it with free next day shipping.

My husband bought me a jacket for Christmas here… I open on Christmas, remove the tags, proceed to wear the jacket. Notice about 2 hours later there is a hole in the armpit. Because the tags were removed they won’t accept the return or in this case a simple EXCHANGE in the store. I have to go through the “lifetime warranty” department which -come to find out- this jacket isn’t even covered by their warranty! I will never buy another Canada goose product as long as I live. Such a ripoff. Stay out of this store.

If I could I would give a -5 star. I purchased a coat from them at their store and I didn’t notice that the coat had a hole on the sleeve. Mind you that I purchased it in August so it was no need to wear it then but in December I put the coat on and that is when I saw the hole. I was told that I have a lifetime warranty on it so I sent it to their warranty department and after they reviewed/ looked at the coat they tell me it can’t be fixed because it will cause more damage. And that they can NOT replace it or refund me my $800 I spent on it. They are sorry for this but nothing they can do. So please someone explain to me how lifetime warranty works because I know it means no matter what my coat can be fixed or replace a lifetime. I am without a coat no money and very disappointed in this company. Don’t go wasting your money on their products because it’s not worth it. High prices cheap quality.

5 people in the store and security blocked the entrance, said that we have to Wait to get in to be served, I consider that very poor service, I will not give them my business in the future

Literally less than 5 people in the store and security had us wait for more than 30 minutes to let us in. Never going to this store again!!
