Crazy big large store in downtown Seattle. Wide open aisles. My sister did not find what she was looking for. An easy to navigate store. Okay!

The first time I came here was under the guise of girl’s weekend with my then roommate, but in actuality - she was trying to ruin her ex boyfriend’s wedding. I swear I didn’t know, nor did I support this. I have to admit though, that she did find some absolutely gorgeous lingerie in the intimates department. So points go to Nordstrom for that.

While she shopped I enjoyed lunch. Of course, I had the tomato bisque - what else? I paired that with a nice glass of white wine and then off to the handbag department where I met a fabulous woman who gave me her single son’s number who I met later that night for a date, but it didn’t work out so I rode the Ferris wheel alone.

Fortunately, my more recent visits have been far less eventful, but nevertheless memorable. There’s something so comforting about sitting down for lunch in Nordstrom, the store where my grandmother and great grandmother bought their expensive shoes that sadly never fit me. In a way, it’s like I’m getting to be near them… even with my big feet.

In conclusion, while you might not find love at Nordstrom, you will always find a beautiful handbag. And I think we all know which lasts longer.

(Note: My then roommate did not ruin the wedding, and he got married, and I moved out shortly thereafter)

One of our favorite spots to shop downtown with the whole family. The displays and staff are all tops in my experience.

Love the Nordstrom with luxury brands available. Also I am Nordstrom spa client. I get my hydrafacials here. I live in Downtown Seattle and that's my place to go for shopping & dining and more! Also the cafe on top floor have amazing & healthy food available. Very quick and affordable delicious meals. They also have amazing perfume stand with Jo Malone, Baccarat Rouge and Chanel cosmetics stand.

Huge Nordstrom that houses luxury shops like Chanel & LV and many others inside. Extensive selection in all departments. Highly recommend a visit. They also have a huge cafe and lots of eateries near by. We usually park at a paid lot in Pacific Place. Not sure if they validate for parking.

Anastasiya in the fragrances department made my experience seamless. Had an answer for my every question, provided insight as to what fragrances I might like based off of my reactions to samples, and made it really easy to make a decision. Eventually helped me settle on YSL LNDL, will come back in the future to fuel a newfound interest (addiction) for fragrances

I have been to this Nordstrom location many times but now I have the time to write a review. The store offers many high-quality items and selections from many famous brands. You can go up or down by using either the escalators or elevators. The men restroom is in the M floor while women restroom is in other floors. The service is always great and consistent between stores, and they have a good vibe also. I highly recommend everyone to check it out when you go around Seattle Downtown

What is there to say? No matter the location...... It's Nordstrom's !
Plus the little cafe located on the top level of Northgate store is Devine, food, service, atmosphere. All are 5 star.

Amazing department store. The merchandising and products are all beautiful. Store is clean and the racks are organized well. The several
times I have been here the service has been friendly and accomodating. Saw that there was a Santa Clause set up while passing by so we brought my daughter here for her first Santa. It was a fun experience.

Love Nordstrom. Sometimes it's the only place I can find what I'm looking for clothes wise. BUT I have to wait until the sales. Prices are over the top for me. Lovely setting, clean nice and very helpful staff. Love the makeup section. Love the cafe. When family and friends visit they spend hours in here 🙄. Me a hot minute. Can afford 2 items max.
Found some quality "interview clothes" pants with stretch and a lined silk blouse, not thin and see through. Very comfortable and classy looking garments. One of the few brick and mortar stores left where you can find quality items for casual, business casual or formal events.

Always a good experience at Nordies! Bought a LV bag and some shoes. Never left the first floor!

I was visiting Seattle and stopped in this beautiful store and went to the Chanel counter. I was assisted by the sweet and professional Rachel! Great customer service ! She even helped me by finding a good Italian restaurant near by! Thank you Rachel!

The celebrated retailer, which hails from the Pacific Northwest along with other customer beloved companies like Costco and Amazon topped the tally. Nordstrom has the highest concentration of fans in 13 states Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Maine, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington and Wisconsin.

Flagship store in Seattle! Good brands inside! Staffs well trained and friendly. Recommended

High quality clothes, with high quality service, with a high quality location. No surprises here! Famous brands like Gucci and Luis Vuitton are here along with some less expensive/exclusive stuff. It has different floors all for different sections and purposes, everything is nicely laid out and up to date. I do hope they make this into more of a mall type thing soon, with restaurants, a cool entrance and communal space. Only Warning: be ready to spend here, most things here are $60+…

Nordstrom’s flagship downtown Seattle store has been undergoing a major renovation for the past couple years. The retailer looks so much brighter and exudes more of an open airy feeling giving it a sense of welcome to its visiting patrons.

The store has a decent variety of departments to suit women, men and young alike. If you’re a shoe, purse and accessories maven, you‘ll appreciate the enormous available selections. Men’s selections are aptly rounded but felt a little short on variety that’s geared more towards professional and classy wear. It would be nice to offer a bit more casual wear options.

The customer service is still one of the best in the Pacific Northwest. Many of the employees are knowledgeable or if they don’t know always find someone who does to ensure the customer is pleased with their purchase.

They are also a very pet friendly bunch. As long as you have a extremely well behaved pet, they will soak up the love to welcome your four-legged visitor. We’re truly grateful for their kindness towards our cats who seem to always brighten everyone’s day whenever we need to patronise this location as well as many of their stores around the PNW.
