Very nice staff, who are customer service-minded. ... I did wonder why I got 2 tiny samples when customers are supposed to get 3. 🤔???
Also, one staffer told me only 20% off on some things, while another told me it was on EVERYTHING.
NOTE: I didn't ask. I went to buy presents for others.
All in all, the staff was friendly and not rude. (Not so with Sephora which is nearby, so go here!)

Absolutely love the store and the staff. Kevin is amazing. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and always such a joy to see. Love all the products. The men's cologne they sell is by far one of my favorites. They have the best hand lotions as well, the scents last all day and are super moisturizing. I def recommend stopping in if you need some cute gift ideas or just something nice for yourself.

Kevin and Nicole are the best! I popped in with my friend so she could get a gift for her mom, but the service was so fun and friendly I had to get something too. I love the new apricot lotion they showed me and will definitely be coming back!

Always a good shopping experience. I love their hand creams, lotion, and soap. These products are very good for sensitive skin. The salesperson that I usually see is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

They have wonderful products, expensive but divine. One of my very favs is Lavende (French) De Haute-Provence Hand Cream. I just put some on and it smells&feels sooo good! Lol

The products have dramatically improved my skin. The staff are so friendly and kind, some of my favorite people to visit at Somerset.

Quality skincare from France. Love their Shea line. There are often free gift with purchase offers, too!

Lovely place. The ONLY PLACE I know of that has customers WASH THEIR HANDS upon entry to the store. I like the scents of soap there.

Absolutely immaculate store and the sales people were helpful, but not overbearing. Very conversational, too!
