Great food and ambiance! Our server was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I shared the ribeye which was a little medium well than medium rare. I ate the more rare parts because I find it the juiciest. We also had the scallops and guacamole that was perfect. I squeezed some lime on my scallops to give it more acid. The most amazing bite with the saltiness of the bacon, the sweet from the sauce, and sour from my lime was chef’s kiss! We did indulge in an old fashion and the silver margarita was good but nothing special. I would definitely go back and invite others to do so as well.

Excellent food and service! You can find authenitc mole and tamarind tequilla drinks. The mole is delish! They make it onsite fresh! The ambience is beautiful. Try the tamarind margarita. It is the best! The tequila is high quality. The tortillas are good too. I love it here. This makes for a great date night. This style of Mexican food tasted like yucatan/mayan style food 💕 I highly recommend. This is not a taco stand or taco truck style food. I hope you can appreciate and enjoy the cuisine. So happy this is in Livonia!

We have had intentions of visiting this restaurant for a while. Last night was the night, and it didn't disappoint. It's great to know there are still restaurants around that believe in providing excellent dining experiences backed up with professional quality service. Craft cocktails tasty. We had the Maya and Pomegranate Magaritas. The guacamole was amazing. Just how my wife makes it with a little heat . For our entrees, we had the Alambre de Asada and the Alambre de Camaron. Both dishes were amazing! Definitely recommend visiting. We will return. Just a thought. I would be interested in seeing their interpretation of Birria Tacos. This unquestionably my wife's favorite Taco. I suspect Maya would knock it out of the park. I hope you see this and add it to your menu at some point! Excelente!

Fine dining, authentic high quality food. Far superior service and atmosphere over any other mexican restaurant in the area. Great cocktails. Vegetarian options are great. Perfect for a date night or a lunch to impress.

What a fantastic dinner! We came here for our anniversary and not only did everyone congratulate us, but we also received their delicious flan for dessert. The food is excellent, the drinks are well crafted and the service is amazing. I can't wait to go back!

This wonderful restaurant, it is not the tradicional Mexican restaurant, it is more than that. Fine and delicious, authentic Mexican Food , another level!
Definitely you have to go, call ahead for reservations, all goes smooth.
Environment is quiet and low lights, food is high quality, service is spectacular. Prices are very great for the kind of restaurant.

What a hidden gem! Food was fresh and made to order. They use local markets and the freshest of ingredients. This venue is a darkened and danity place, call ahead for seating for dinner recommended! Also, order the Datiles, your welcome!!! Menu does change based off seasons.

Clean and friendly. The food was super fresh. We did not have to wait line. Nice amount of space in between tables. Steak tacos were the best I have had in a very long time. We will definitely visit again. All of the workers were very attentive to their guest.

Omg! This was so yummy! We made a reservation. I suggest you do the same.GET THE RIBEYE!!! Oh and guacamole l! Get the dang ribeye! The Watermelon margaritas were great too. Servixe was phenomenal! Get the ribeye.... I think you all get my point about the ribeye. We also had the carne asada tacos to share and the corn. Both of those were good but pale in comparisson to the ribeye. My goodness!

Everything about it was fantastic! Service, food, drinks (one of the best mojitos I've ever had), atmosphere all on point. Can't wait to go back again and try more from the menu!

Its not easy finding a high end Mexican restaurant. I have a friend that loves Mexican food and was looking for something extraordinary for her birthday dinner. Found this place after a search on Google Maps

The food and drinks were all delicious!!! I like a good smoky Mezcal and the Mezcalita was surprisingly good without being too sweet. If you're into sweeter drinks the pomegranate margarita was tasty as well. The chips and salsa were what I expected after reading the reviews. They have a roasted pepper flavor with a slight kick. I had the Ribeye Huitlacoche for entrée which is one of the most flavorful steaks I've ever had!!! It was slightly undercooked (I ordered it medium and it came out medium rare) but I like a good medium rare steak. So it wasn't a huge deal to me, especially considering how delicious the spices and flavors were.

The service was top notch. Our waiter was very professional and gave us just the right amount of attention. I also was very aware of how clean the place is. As soon as one party left, someone was immediately there to clean and disinfect the area for the next party. The restrooms were clean. I could see the owner wiping down door handles, etc. which gave me a great feeling. You can tell that he really takes pride in his establishment.

I read reviews about this place before I came and of course there are some both positive and negative. While the owner does have a somewhat serious and intense demeanor, he was nothing but pleasant to me and my party. I even saw at one point another group left and must have left something behind on the table. The owner saw it and ran out the door after them to return their property.

I would definitely come back again for a date night or with a group of adults.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food is fresh, authentic and delicious. Food is properly seasoned and simply delightful. Typical "Mexican" restaurant salsa is watery and bland, the salsa here was so fresh, flavorful and spicy. We tried more than we should have eaten, and everything was on point. The service was great and our server did a fantastic job, and was the only server! I give them a 9/10 as they are new and finding their groove, but I can't wait to come back and try some other tacos. So glad to have you close by and happy we decided to stop in and give this place a try. Loved it!

Great atmosphere and service was excellent. Very different environment with a eclectic air!!! Background music was refreshing and we enjoyed our meals. The flan was almost as good as my mothers! (Hahahahha) Angelo our server was top notch...make sure to ask for him! We will be back!

Food was fresh and delicious with a lot of flavor. Drinks were great. The place was VERY clean. I even seen the staff double checking each glass to make sure they were spotless. Also, they were very welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with everything. We really enjoyed our time there and definitely will go more often.

Stopped in without a reservation and it took a little while to be seated, but it wasn't terrible. Service was a little slow, but given the packed room, the speed was our only complaint. Food was fresh and seasoned well. Portions maybe a little on the slim side compared to similar places, but I'd say this is better quality over quantity.

The allure of fresh ingredients led me here, the amazing way the chefs use these ingredients is what will bring me back. The service was attentive, even on a busy Saturday night. This is not Mex -Am with beans and rice, but truly gourmet food. Not only were ingredients paired well, the taste of each individual component was preserved. Tip: Order Tacos as you appetIzer. The tacos are fire. My Enchilada Verdes combined fresh sauce and tender chicken. Then topped with surprising finishing touches. My wife’s skillet of short ribs, poblanos and cheese (forgot the name) was like eating the worlds best fajitas. Up next, I will try the seafood.

My husband and I stopped for lunch, and the food was absolutely delicious; everything is made from scratch and you can tell from the very first bite you take. I tried the pomegranate margarita, and my husband tried the coin margarita…both were outstanding!! I think we found our new favorite spot.

My date and I went here and it was fantastic! The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in until we left. The salsa is to DIE for and the those were the best Al Pastor tacos I’ve ever had. The restaurant is super cool inside too. If you don’t come here, you’re missing out!

Update: so good! Tried coffee rubbed prime rib! Margarita was super so was the service. - Just tried this new place. A+ interior very friendly with light mexican music in the background. Tried two different margaritas, both were good. Guacamole was excellent, not too much cilantro. I had shrimp tacos - a little on the spicy side but good. Husband had tamales - those you order separate so he had one of each and all were yummy. We'll be back!! 😋

This place is amazing! The food is made from scratch, very fresh, and so delicious. The guacamole was phenomenal. I got the shrimp tacos. So many flavors working together. I highly recommend this place. Prices are worth it! Google days they open at 4:00, but they actually open at noon every day.
