Dollar Tree

The line at the cashier started to get busy and long, the lady in front of me was next and had a cart really full with groceries and other items. I'm thinking "Oh no". The cashier got on microphone and asked for more cashiers to my relief. When she got to her register some people somewhere behind me rushed up. The cashier told them "No" I was next person in line and asked me to step up. I only had 5 things and thanked her so much for seeing I was next in line and waiting on me first. Great customer service!!

This has been one of my FAVORITE Dollar Tree Stores for years. It will remain so. They are well stocked, clean, friendly and efficient. The Manager is a Real Person with whom I've developed a rapport over the years. I LOVE them. I, however, was on a weekly conference call for a current presidential campaign yesterday and I had to stop into the store and get a gift bag for my 7 year old nephew's birthday party while on this call. (I was multi-tasking as I often must and did not owe anyone any explanation.) I should have been able to go in, while talking, purchase my bag and go. The cashier, however, while I was on my call with people across the country, decided she should take it upon her unpleasant self to reprimand me for being on my call talking in her store. She was rude, out of order and grossly disrespectful. Had I not been on a very important call, I would have told her as much.

I was speaking in a normal conversational tone as I do when someone is in the store with me. I was not yelling nor was the topic of my conversation addressing anything inappropriate. As a matter of fact, what I was talking about is potentially empowering and educational for potential voters in the store IF they felt the need to focus-in on my conversation.

This uncouth employee desperately and immediately requires training on how to communicate with customers. This is especially important as the holiday shopping season ensues. No customer should have to put up with this crude woman's foolishness!

When I told the people on my call that it was a Dollar Tree cashier that they heard speaking to me in the way that she had the nerve to do...they were appalled.

Customer Service Training is in order for the woman working on Sunday, December 1st, after 2pm. As a long-time, loyal customer, I come in to purchase merchandise and receive positive customer service; not "Dollar Store Phone Etiquette Lessons" from a dullard.

This is still my FAVORITE Dollar Tree regardless of her unprofessional comments and demeanor.

We are at this store 2 or 3 times per month. Sometimes it is fun just to look what they have. For example, they had the coolest Mason jar drinking glasses that I purchased. The best, best thing about Dollar Tree is, everything is $1. All these other dollar stores are a joke, seems nothing is a dollar. Thanks to the staff for continuing to be very friendly and helpful.

Staff are very friendly and efficient. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and were greeted with a smile and told to take our time, they were happy we came. The store is very clean and we'll stocked. Love this store!!

I'm Truly Elated with the Staff Employee, Bro. John at this Dollar Tree.
He's Most Gracious and Courteous. He and the staff seems to work cohesively with one another.
One Day, I even help to put products on the shelves with an employee.
The comradery is Sincerely admirable.

This is a real dollar store where everything is $1.25 unlike other stores where they charge more for items. Great selection and fast checkout.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. One lady even went to the freezer in the back to see if what I was looking for was there. I didn't even know that they had a freezer in the back 😳

Good place to get stuff for parties and holidays, along with nonperishable household stuff. Food is a little more hit or miss, they get in what they get in.
Can't complain about quality because everything is literally a dollar. And honestly, for a dollar? It's pretty solid.
It's a godsend in this rich-b*tch, fake-small-town area, tbh. For Pete's sake, the grocery stores think $5 for about 5 slices of Hillshire Farms salami is a SALE.

Best dollar tree ln the area. Shelves are well stocked. The store is customer friendly.

I was able to locate all of the cleaning products I wanted easily. Very clean and stocked store.
