Hunt's Ace Hardware is our new go-to, and Mike (in the paint department) is our new go-to guy! Although the store is further than the one down the road from our house, Mike's knowledge and experience makes the drive worth it! From paint selection to tools to tips and tricks, we'll look to him for answers!

Our local store has not been able to mix paint for weeks! We had to find another Ace. The first one we went to didn't have enough inventory of a particular item, so we tried Hunt's. Not only did they have our item in stock, but Mike helped us tremendously with our project. BONUS! I appreciate the way he patiently guided us without complicating the decision. Hunt's will be our store of choice in the future! What a great experience! Hats off to Mike!

Service is still a thing at Hunt's. Maybe I'm just a consumer of a certain age, but I prefer a place where there's still staff who know their business and have actual answers to questions that proffer ready fixes for all the moving parts of my home life that I need to keep up and running. Thanks, Hunt's; for cutting keys on the quick, deftly repairing door screens and constantly checking and refilling my propane tanks. You make me feel cared for as a customer. Your big box store competitors can't seem to do that consistently. Hunt's is where I can go to get a hand, not just get my hands on another orange bucket.

They really are the place with the helpful hardware folk. My wife and I went in to get some wood screws and to see if they had a tool to grind down some very small tree stumps (about 2 inches in diameter). They gave us a few options that could work. I went with an oscillating tool since it would be helpful in future projects. The battery I bought with the tool ended up being defective. The only other battery they had in stock was the bigger model. They let me exchange it and gave me $5 off of the difference in price. They are kind and straight forward. They have always been helpful. I recommend going there, especially if you need advice or recommendations for a project.

I have been going to Hunt's Ace hardware for over 20 yrs. The staff are very nice and very knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome, and simply blow away Home depot or Lowe's for me anyway. They also have just about everything, and if they don't have it they will order it for you. I definitely recommend this hardware store, and will always get my hardware needs from them!! They are the real deal!!

Hun’s Ace really helped us today for an issue we had a lock. Being Sunday, July 3rd, they jjumped into action and solved our issue. When I asked, How much? We heard, ‘No charge!, and we were on our way. Won’t go anywhere else. Maybe you may pay a few cents more somwhere else,, but they have fantastic service.

I ordered bags of calcium chloride for my mom’s driveway. Within less than 24 hours I received an email stating the merchandise was at the store. I pulled up, called, and was directed to the back where an employee loaded it into my car. Easy ordering on their website and quick and easy service. I highly recommend shopping here!

Because I had such a pleasant experience today at Hunt's Ace Hardware on 7 mile, I wanted to commend this business for their outstanding customer service. Starting with my first call, answered by Brendan to Andy, who was able to cut my too long patio umbrella pole for me quickly and perfectly! I am so grateful to get this accomplished after trying the big box stores with no luck! Very glad I remembered how helpful and friendly this long time neighborhood hardware is, along with all the many services they have available, like screen repair and metal pole cutting!! Thank you! I will always recommend Hunt's!!

Super helpful staff who actually knows we're everything is. I love that I can show them a picture of what I need or trying to do and they help me out Everytime with exactly what I need.

They also help my elderly dad load mulch and top soil into his van. I really appreciate all the help they give.

This is a good local hardware store. I've been coming here for fifty years. They carry the small parts and tools you need for your projects. Their employees have given me advice on how to use new tools properly. This store has an extensive hardware inventory which is updated for the seasons. Very friendly staff.

The service in this store is the reason I keep coming back. This time I purchased a lawn mower that was on sale and not in stock. I was in no hurry and didn't mind waiting. I opted to have it put together and delivered. I received a call the very next day that my mower was ready to deliver. They even gave me a quick overview on how to use and maintain it. Thank you Hunt's Ace!

I had a leak from my home humidifier and Home Depot didn’t have the right parts, but they had a kit for $15 that would leave me with extra tubing length and parts for next time. I checked at this location and the hardware guy handed me the exact part for $0.15; yes that’s right fifteen cents! At this point I’m checking here first from now on. And while there I signed up for rewards and the mailed me two $5 coupons.
